Accident Funding in New Hampshire
I am a truck driver that was in a trucking accident in New Hampshire. My trucking company is also in New Hampshire and I also have a case in South Dakota for a personal injury. I hired a workers compensation lawyer in New Hampshire that is dealing with that case and I have a lawyer in South Dakota for a car accident that I was in last year. I have two separate cases. I never considered getting pre settlement funding for the personal injury case for the car accident until this last accident I had. I am out of work right now. I would like to get pre settlement funding for at least one of the two cases if possible. The case in South Dakota is close to settling out of court and the workers comp case in NH is probably going to be longer. Can you have someone look at both cases and let me know which case will charge less money to get funding? I would like not to get both cases funding because I hear it costs money to do so. If I get both funded I may only one to take one of them but would like a company to look at both cases.

What I recommend doing is sending us an email at info(@)lawleaf.com. Include your contact information and a brief summary of your request. Don’t worry about putting your attorney information in the email, just your contact information phone, email, and full name. We will have a lender follow-up with you regarding your options. They may decide to recommend putting in both cases but generally speaking car accident cases are oftentimes better to fund and will cost less on the back-end.
