Accident lawsuit funding in Iowa
Understand that your company provide lawsuit funding in the state of Iowa. I have an accident that I’ve just hired a lawyer to represent me. My lawyer told me that he can’t provide me with money before my case reaches the end. The case could take months before a settlement is actually reached and that is much too long for me. I’ve been recently unemployed and my credit is horrible. I’m not sure about this because I’ve never really ever applied for this type of funding because this is my first lawsuit. Can you please let me know if my credit or if because I don’t have a job it will affect me in getting money from one of your lenders?

There are several things to note here: first it doesn’t matter if you are employed or not getting lawsuit funding for an accident will not effect your employment status. Second, most of the cases we represent are from clients with less than good credit. Your credit also does not play a part of whether you will receive funding by a lender.
