Arizona lawsuit funding company

I live in Flagstaff AZ and I’m in the beginning process of finding a company that provides lawsuit funding for a wrongful death case. I have been searching on the internet and I came across the bar association and found that it is unethical for my attorney to loan me money or advance me cash before the case reaches a positive settlement on my part. Along with finding this information there was some mention of companies that are located I believe in Arizona. My question is for the following: After looking at a few of the questions here I’m seeing something called non-recourse funding which means you don’t pay back the loan if you don’t win your case. Please let me know if this also applies for Arizona. Second, are there laws in place that would require me to find a company that provides lawsuit funding in AZ or can I essentially apply with any company or have you got a company that works within the state? Third, I’m assuming wrongful death lawsuit funding also applies to plaintiff or personal injury funding correct. I would really like to get some money out of the case right now because I’m strapped.
