Arkansas Premises liability and settlement loans

I live in Arkansas ( Little Rock) and i’m involved in a premises liability case and have been for several months. My attorney suggested that I ask this question here because he is very unfamiliar with how settlement loans work. I’ve got a solid case and I’m searching now for a settlement loan. My situation is unique because before this happened I was doing much better. I am now struggling financially with all my expenses and being out of work for almost 2 months didn’t help. I need to know if we lose the case will I have to pay back the money that I would potentially borrow from one of your lenders? Its a solid case I believe but I don’t want to take a risk of going deeper in debt. Thanks for your help.

  1. LawLeaf works with those lenders that offer non recourse funding for all pre settlement loans. This means if you lose the case you don’t have to pay back the loan. This includes personal injury cases such as premises liability.
