Arkansas Premises liability and settlement loans
I live in Arkansas ( Little Rock) and i’m involved in a premises liability case and have been for several months. My attorney suggested that I ask this question here because he is very unfamiliar with how settlement loans work. I’ve got a solid case and I’m searching now for a settlement loan. My situation is unique because before this happened I was doing much better. I am now struggling financially with all my expenses and being out of work for almost 2 months didn’t help. I need to know if we lose the case will I have to pay back the money that I would potentially borrow from one of your lenders? Its a solid case I believe but I don’t want to take a risk of going deeper in debt. Thanks for your help.
