Austin Lawsuit Funding for Car Accident
I applied with Law Leaf last week and was accepted by one of your lenders for a car accident in Austin. When I initially signed up for lawsuit funding I suggested a certain amount of money which was approved by your lender. The lender forwarded onto my attorney because I wanted him to review it before I signed off on the agreement. I had an incident come up over the weekend and I need to request more money against this claim. I tried contacting the company yesterday but no one was available to take my call because of the Holiday Weekend. Do you want me to email you with my information and law leaf can take car of this or should I wait until Monday and directly contact your lender? What is easiest? I’m assuming this isn’t the first time this has happened and I’m hoping it won’t be any trouble.

We can handle this for you. Can you please email us at info (@) lawleaf.com and provide your contact information along with the latest amount request. This does happen occasionally and certainly isn’t an issue. We will follow-up with the lender on your behalf on Monday and have them resubmit your application to their underwriting department. We should be able to get an answer on the new amount by the afternoon.
