Bicycle Accident
I was involved in a bicycle accident outside of a store last month. I was riding my bike when a store owner shoved me off of my bike as I take this route for work all the time. It is my job that I do in Washington DC and I’m a carrier. The store owner claims that I am a burden to his small business and I’m only trying to do my job. I filed a lawsuit against the owner and because I’m not specifically working for one company I can’t really apply for WC. My question would be is this considered a pedestrian accident or what? I’m looking at all these applications and can’t decide which one to fill out. Very confusing…

I am sorry it is a little confusing. We are in the process of revamping our site in hopes navigation throughout our site will be a little easier. You can apply in several different places as we try to make each application assessable from each page. You can visit here and sign up for pre settlement funding. If you were to visit LawLeaf.com you could sign up for either bike accident lawsuit funding or the pre settlement funding application on the site.
