Car Accident Case - Harris County TX
I live in Harris County TX and I was in a car accident last week. I injured my neck and my leg pretty bad. I was driving when I was blind sided by a 4X4 truck. The driver hit my passenger side door launching me vehicle into a guard rail. I was hospitalized for 2 days with a severe injury to my leg. It got lodged under my wheel. I am considering working this out with the insurance company but noticed that I can’t get funding without an attorney. Negligence is clear cut. Do you have any lenders that would be willing to fund my case without having an attorney? How about if I accept an offer and it takes a month for payment but you see that the insurance company will pay me?

In order to qualify for a settlement advance you will need the representation of a lawyer. Have you considered hiring a personal injury lawyer for your car accident? While these cases can be certainly negotiated by the victim, when the injury is more severe it can be oftentimes harder to negotiate full value of a case without an experienced attorney. If you decide to handle this case on your own I wish you the best of luck. Make sure you consider all ongoing medical expenses that may occur as a result of the accident. If you decide to hire an attorney we would be able to look at your case.
