I’m a victim of a battery and I had reconstruction to my mouth and tooth. I’ve been out of work for over 30 days and as a result lost a lot of work. My self confidence is lost and I’ve asked my family and friends for money as a result of being out of work. Assault and battery case in Georgia

I was charged with an assault and battery in Georgia and I have no money to pay for a lawyer. Settlement funding for Assault and battery

I was declined to get settlement funding becasue we were previously going after a person that had no money at all. My attorney and I also now have a case with the department store becasue they had no security and there was no one that came to my side after I was hit. It even took them a long time to get to me after the fight was over. No one wanted to do anything about it. I’m curious if this will change if I re apply again because now the lawsuit is against the store. The person that hit me was arrested before the criminal hearing that I had to go to and now is in jail so I’m surely not getting anything from him.

I have an assault and battery case against a person that I was struck by a bottle in the bar.
