Car Accident Injury Claim Funding

Car accident injury claim funding can be obtained by those plaintiffs that have a pending lawsuit and being represented by an attorney. If you have been recently involved in an automobile accident and searching for car accident claim funding, contact LawLeaf today. LawLeaf provides lawsuit funding for both soft tissue and catastrophic injuries.

If you qualify for car accident injury claim funding you will agree to pay back the loan with future proceeds from the case. The amount of the lawsuit cash advance will be determined on the amount of expected compensation from the claim. The larger the claim the more money you may obtain through a lawsuit cash advance.

Car accident injury claims can be determined based upon several factors. Prior to reaching a settlement an insurance company will need to set a value of your claim based upon these factors:

  • Medical Expenses & Ongoing Medical Expenses: These costs include expenses directly related to the injury. These expenses may include doctor bills, emergency room visits, hospital stays, physical therapy, medical devices, chiropractic care, medical specialists, medication expenses etc. These expenses should be paid out in full and typically will require some form of documentation (medical records). Prior to reaching a settlement, it will also be important for your attorney to advise you from settling until medical treatment(s) are completed. It is also important to realize once a claim has been settled, the plaintiff or claimant can no longer receive compensation at a later date.
  • Lost Wages: One of the main reasons why some people obtain lawsuit funding is due to loss of wages. A claimant may receive compensation from the time the injury happened until the settlement or judgment has been reached.
  • Earning Capacity: If you were severely injured as a result of a car accident, you may have lost the ability to earn money in the future. For instance if your job duties consisted of manual labor and you lost a limb, you may no longer be able to perform your current job duties when you are ready to return to work. You may also request compensation to help you begin a new career.
  • Pain and Suffering: Pain and suffering is related to the severity of the pain and how likely the victim will be in pain. If the accident is catastrophic in nature, there is a better chance of a higher payout in regards to pain and suffering.
  • Mental Anguish: You may receive compensation for mental anguish. This may include compensation for mental and/or emotional distress suffered as a result of the accident or injury. It is very likely if you’ve been a victim of a catastrophic motor vehicle accident that you may have anxiety or become nervous when getting back into an automobile. You may be able to recover compensation from mental anguish if you can prove that it has negatively affected you either mentally or emotionally.
  • Property Damage: Property damage will include repairs or replacement of the motor vehicle, items damaged from the accident and property damages such as a broken watch, necklace etc.

Car accident injury claim funding is oftentimes used by those individuals that are not interested in settling their case for less. If you are considering car accident injury claim funding, contact LawLeaf today.

Pre settlement funding and post settlement funding will be provided to each client as non recourse. This means if you receive a lawsuit loan against your claim, you will only be responsible for paying back the settlement loan if you are successful in winning compensation from the case.

Auto Accident Legal Funding

Are you considering legal funding for an auto accident? If you are considering auto accident legal funding, begin by applying with LawLeaf today. Automobile accident legal funding is an advance against a pending or recently settled lawsuit. This means you can obtain legal funding for a claim that is going through the legal process or an advance against future proceeds of a claim that has already settled.

I was involved in an automobile accident. How much money can you advance against my claim?

The amount of money will depend upon the estimated worth of your claim. We can typically secure between 5%-20% of your claim. This means if your lawsuit is estimated at 100K, you may qualify for 5K-20K against your claim.

I was involved in an auto accident and I just recently filed a claim. Can you provide legal funding against a claim that was recently filed?

Yes, we have been successful in obtaining legal funding against claims that have been recently filed.

If I obtain legal funding with LawLeaf and I lose my case, do I have to repay the loan?

No, if you are approved for legal funding through LawLeaf, you will receive non recourse funding. This means if you lose you claim for any reason, you don’t have to repay the advance.

How do you evaluate an application?

Prior to an advance, an underwriter will evaluate you claim based upon the documentation we receive from your attorney. This documentation may include:

  • Police Report / Accident Report / Incident Report
  • Copy of the Complaint
  • Medical Records
  • Defendant’s Insurance Information

*There may be cases in which these documents don’t exist. This does not mean you will be disqualified. An internal investigative report, pictures of scene, witness statement or a description of the incident on your firm’s letterhead describing causation and theory of liability may be enough.

How quickly can I obtain legal funding for my auto accident?

We have been successful in getting our clients legal funding within hours of the application process. The sooner we can obtain documentation from your attorney the faster we can get a decision for you. We strive on obtaining legal funding in a timely manner for each of our clients. Auto Accident Lawsuit Advance in Baltimore

LawLeaf recently received an application from a plaintiff that lives in Baltimore, MD. The plaintiff was involved in an auto accident in Baltimore and was searching for a lawsuit cash advance against their claim. The lawsuit which was filed around 6 months ago was nearing the settlement stage. Over the last 6 months the plaintiff had been receiving physical therapy treatments. The attorney recommended ongoing medical and physical therapy treatments to ensure the client would not settle the case without being fully recovered from the injury. It is important that prior to reaching a settlement with the insurance company you seek the necessary medical & physical therapy treatments because once settled the claimant gives up the right for future compensations for the injury.

Question: If the plaintiff decides to receive a lawsuit cash advance against the case, do they need to be employed and will the lender run credit checks etc?

Unlike a standard bank loan or a payday loan, a lawsuit cash advance is not based upon credit or employment status. A lawsuit cash advance is based upon the strength of the case. If a client decides to apply for lawsuit funding the lender will only be interested in the lawsuit. This means the lender will provide an advance only if they believe the client will receive compensation from the claim. If the lender believes there is clear liability, chances are the plaintiff will receive an advance against the lawsuit.

Question: If you receive a lawsuit cash advance will you have to pay back the advance if you lose the claim?

A lawsuit cash advance against an automobile accident will always be non recourse with LawLeaf. This means if you lose your case, you will not be obligated to pay back the loan.

What are the rates for a lawsuit cash advance against an auto accident in Baltimore?

If a case has already reached settlement the rates are generally better. This is because there is less risk on the part of the lender. If you are applying for pre settlement funding for an auto accident, the rates are generally higher than settled cases however lower than most other personal injury related claims.

If you are searching for a lawsuit settlement advance in Baltimore, apply with LawLeaf today. For additional information on car accident lawsuit funding contact LawLeaf today.

Auto Accident Advance in Memphis

We recently received an application from a client that lives in Memphis, TN. The client was involved in an automobile accident in Memphis and was searching for a lawsuit cash advance against the case. The lawsuit was filed more than a year ago and the client recently completed the necessary physical therapy treatments which were recommended by the attorney. Many attorneys will request their client to go through the necessary medical & physical therapy treatments prior to accepting an offer and in some cases even negotiating with the insurance company. The client informed LawLeaf that a settlement offer was made about a week prior.

The question the client had for LawLeaf:

If a settlement offer is made by an insurance company will the plaintiff receive pre settlement funding or post settlement funding?

It is important to understand that rates for cases that have already settled are generally better than those cases that have yet to reach a settlement. Pre settlement funding is defined as an advance against a case that has not reached a settlement. Because the case has not reached a settlement generally the rates will be a little higher. The reason is due to risk. If a client secures a lawsuit advance against a case that has not reached a settlement there is the risk of the case never reaching a settlement and the lender not receiving payment (non-recourse).

Post settlement funding or cases that have already settled provide better rates to the plaintiff. Because the case has already settled the risk is minimized decreasing the rates of the advance.

The client was asking a question regarding a settlement offer and not an agreed settlement. If a settlement offer has been made but not yet accepted, the case applicant will receive pre settlement rates and not post settlement rates. With that being said, anytime you have a settlement offer it will help decrease the pre settlement funding rates and generally increase your chances of getting lawsuit funding.

*If you are currently searching for a settlement advance in Memphis, begin by applying online today.

Whiplash Settlement

Have you been a victim of an automobile accident and as a result whiplash occurred? Whiplash is very common for those people that get hit from behind in a car accident. Whiplash is a common term that is used to describe neck pain following an acciddent. Whiplash causes injury to the neck area more specific to the ligaments, muscles and tendons. At the time of impact the neck may be jolted in an abnormal position which ultimately effects normal range of motion. When someone is hit from behind by a motor vehicle the impact of the vehicle can force a persons neck to move into such a position which causes whiplash.

A whiplash settlement is compensation paid the victim paid through a lump sum or over a period of time (structured settlement).  The amount of money one may receive for a whiplash injury will be dependent upon the severity of the injury amongst other things.

If you have been involved in a whiplash and seeking a fair settlement for injury consider the following:

  • Are you being compensated for pain and suffering?
  • Have you lost a job or wages due to the injury?
  • Were you injured on other parts of your body?
  • What types of medical expenses have you incurred?

It is quite possible if you were involved in a car accident recently the onset of pain didn’t happen on the same day of the accident. In actuality its quite common that the onset could happen a day or even a week later.  In order to maximize your chances of getting a whiplash settlement its always recommended you seek medical attention right after an accident has occurred. You should also consider not speaking with the other persons insurance company until you’ve contacted legal representation. There are situations in which a plaintiff decides to speak with the insurance company. They may feel great and only interested in getting compensation for damaged property. The mistake some people make soon after a whiplash accident is making a statement to the insurance company that injury has not occurred. The problem with such statement is several days later the plaintiff could be hospitalized with a whiplash injury and the statement may be held against them for any future compensation for the accident.

For victims that are currently in the litigation process for a whiplash injury and seeking compensation but can’t wait, contact LawLeaf today for lawsuit funding. LawLeaf provides lawsuit cash advances throughout the United States of victims that can’t wait for settlement. We have helped people throughout the United States that are in search of a lawsuit loan pending the settlement process. LawLeaf can provide lawsuit funding for an array of different types of accidents resulting in whiplash.

Settlement Advance Types

We receive questions at LawLeaf on a daily basis from clients looking for additional information pertaining to a settlement advance. When applying for a settlement advance there are generally 4 different options. These options are outlined in more detail at LawLeaf. When we provide information via the internet there are several terms that are consistent throughout the legal finance industry. Settlement advance is one of those terms.

The different types of advances include:

Pre settlement advance - This type of advance is given to a plaintiff that is waiting for their lawsuit to settle. A pre settlement advance are typically for personal injury and commercial litigation disputes. The settlement advance is almost always non recourse meaning if you lose your case, you don’t have to repay the settlement advance back.

Quick Cash Advance for Lawsuit

I am in a very unique situation and I really need a company like Law Leaf to help. I was just awarded a large cash advance for an automobile accident. My attorney and I settled our claim late last week with the insurance company of the other driver that caused the accident. I was under the impression from the start that once I win my case or settle it out of the court room I would be able to get my money right away. I was informed today that I’m not going to receive one dollar from the settlement for another 60+ days which is mind boggling to me. I know that it won’t be reversed because we agreed upon the settlement amount and we never went to court. My attorney told me this is common practice for insurance companies but it doesn’t help me right now. I am under the impression based upon your information that you can provide cash advances for cases that have already settled out of court but money has yet to be paid? I have a very time sensitive issue that need my immediate attention and I need money as soon as possible. If I would have known about this ahead of time I probably would have waited a little longer for a larger settlement. My attorney said he informed me about the time lines but I truly didn’t know about it. Maybe I wasn’t paying attention but I can’t seem to remember this is how its paid out. In any sense is there a way to get some sort of advance with your company? Please let me know as soon as possible. I can get my attorney to contact you to get the settlement papers or what ever your company needs.

Lawsuit Funding In Salt Lake City

To your specifications I will explain my case as follows: I have a personal injury lawsuit that was filed in Utah almost 7 months ago. I am looking for a decent rate in terms of lawsuit funding. My case involves an accident on one of the major roads leading out of the city. I was in a 3 car pile up that was caused by a driver over exceeding the speed limit by estimates of about 40 MPH. The driver came across 2 lanes around 12:30 at night and slammed into the passenger side of my SUV. The collision pushed my car off to the side and slammed me into a barrier causing total damages of my car estimated over 15K+. I have a good friend of mine that works in a law office in Salt Lake and he recommended I speak with an attorney that specializes in auto accidents.

After meeting with the attorney I hired him to handle my case. I have over 35K in medical expenses including a visit to the hospital. The expenses will continue to increase because I’m still going through treatment on a weekly basis. I have been out of work since the accident occurred and while my company has been extemely understanding, I’m worried that their patience is running thin. I have talked with my attorney about lawsuit funding as an option and he suggested I speak with a company about the rates before proceeding. After reading over several questions on this site, I understand that each case is unique. I’m asking for a general overview of the rate determination specifically based upon my case.

Lawsuit Financing for Car Accident

I’m looking for lawsuit financing for a car accident I had last month. That was not probably hard to figure out with my title I’m sure. As requested by your company on the question form here we go. I was in a car accident last month. After about a week with the run around from the insurance company, I decided to hire legal representation. I was to overwhelmed by the questions and hard pressed bargaining what really is owed to me. It is clear that the other driver in the accident was at fault, clear, cut and precisely so. I was minding my own business when a car zoomed next to me only to come into my lane and cause the accident. What are the chances they were on a cell phone? Pretty good because they were. The driver openly admitted in front of the police officer she was having a horrible day when she took a call right before she slammed into my car. The fact is that most auto accidents these days are caused by people text messaging or on the damn cell phones. I’m inquiring about lawsuit financing for my accident because like so many others anymore I’m jobless. I’ve got no prospects and the pot is running on empty. I’m no scholar but it looks to me that your company handles car accident financing and I’m fully interested. Now my question, again as stated on your question form, what are the chances that I too can receive some sort of legal financing for my case? I see all these questions regarding lawsuit financing this and legal financing that but real no clear cut question on the chances or possiblilities of an approval or denial in such a lawsuit. I do see that auto accident claims generate the best rates but what exactly does that mean for the approval process. Am I correct by saying because they have the best rates that they also have the best chances of getting funded?

Pre Settlement Loan For My Case

I would like to know if you think I would qualify for a pre settlement loan for my lawsuit claim. I was in an auto accident back in December of last year. I was driving when a car blind sided me after it skidded on about an inch of ice. I was injured and I ended up taking a ride in the ambulance because they were worried about a concussion. My car didn’t have that much damage to it just the driver side door was mangled pretty badly. I ended up getting released from the hospital with a fractured wrist which I didn’t even realize it until I was at the hospital. My body didn’t start getting sore until about 2 hours after the accident. After reading over this site and several others knowing if I’m the plaintiff of an auto accident I too may qualify for a pre settlement loan. I tried to work out a deal for about a week with the insurance company of the other driver who happened to be the same insurance company that I have. I thought at first I was talking to someone that wanted to help me and I disclosed some information that maybe I shouldn’t had said at the time. When I finally realized that I probably wasn’t talking to someone that was interested in my well being, I immediately contacted a lawyer who specifically handles auto accident cases in Ohio. He is suppose too be a great lawyer and was referred to me by a good friend of mine. My lawyer told me that I probably should have contacted him right after the accident and I shouldn’t have talked to the insurance company but that is then and this is now.

I ended up losing tons of hours at my job because I couldn’t use my hand. I am in the electrical business and I’m a subcontractor for several companies. I was out for over a month and now I have a soft cast and able to work limited hours. My lawyer is going after loss of wages and money for injury, pain and suffering and to recoup money for damages to the left side of my car. The insurance company will not budge on their numbers which means I’m not getting any money out of them until we go to a hearing. This is really bad news to me. I considered just settling my case because I’m in bad shape but my lawyer told me that I was in so many words short changing myself. He suggested that I get a pre settlement loan against my case.

I have went ahead here and described my auto accident and my situation to you regarding my lawsuit. Based upon the information I’ve shared do you believe I could qualify for a pre settlement loan against my auto accident or am I wasting my time?

Auto Accident Lawsuit Loan Chicago

I read over your site tonight and I am looking for a company that can get me a lawsuit loan for an auto accident in Chicago. I was brought to your site as a referral by my cousin. My cousin has already received a lawsuit loan for the same accident and while I wasn’t hurt as bad as him, we are still filing a similar claim with the same attorney. He told me that your company had similar rates and maybe a tad bit lower than another company but that someone from your company took care of the whole thing for him and he really didn’t do anything until it was time to accept the agreement. I applied for a lawsuit loan through your application on this site. He told me it will take a few days because you still have to get my case information from our attorney. His claim is a little more than mine but I’m searching for a little higher lawsuit loan than him. Like most people who ask questions here I too would like to know what are my chances of getting a lawsuit loan for my case if my cousin has already gotten one for the same auto accident?

If you could also include around how much money I would be able to get I would also greatly be indebted! to you. I understand that its a case by case situation but if you could give me a ballpark number that would really help me out. We were hit by another vehicle because they ran a red light. I’m just looking for a lawsuit loan amount that will help me pay a few months of rent and a few car payments. I just lost my job and I really need a boost right now. Also if I submitted an application today how quickly do you think you can get ment the lawsuit loan? I know auto accident tend to go quicker.

Auto Accident Settlement Loan

I was in an auto accident last year and I’m now searching for a settlement loan. The auto accident occurred when I was heading southbound and a car avoided one accident and rammed into my car at a stop light. We swerved one way and came back the other and hit my passenger side. I was jolted and I broke my arm and a finger and the air bag went off which caused some whip lash to my neck. We are currently going after the insurance company for compensation for several different items. The other driver felt like the accident wasn’t his fault and the insurance companies along with my attorney are going back and forth and have been for almost 3 months. Because this is taking so long I’ve decided to search for a company that can provide settlement loans for auto accidents. My lawyer suggested that before I decide to move forward with any company that he would like to speak to someone regarding any contracts before I sign. He is somewhat familiar with the settlement loan industry and while he didn’t really give me a recommendation he told me that I would need to run anything through him if I decide to move forward. I have no idea on how your company or any other company’s that offer settlement loan services handle these types of claims. If I decide to hire your company would you be willing to contact my lawyer? I see something on the application that states you will contact my lawyer but I think it would be best to do so before proceeding with the whole application process. Please advise me on how we should proceed.

Auto Accident Lawsuit Loan

I applied for an auto accident lawsuit loan with your company on Friday night. I wrote a brief paragraph in the comment section. I think I read something that most of your companies will not fund cases over a weekend but I have little patience. I was the applicant who was in an auto accident last October around Halloween. I posted that information on your comment section of the application. I apologize if I’m jumping the gun but please understand how important it is that I get a lawsuit loan for my accident.

I was in the auto accident about a little over 3 plus months ago. The accident was because of speeding and a the other motorist spinning out of control. The accident also had a big part of the other driver going about 30 mile per hour over the speed limit and hitting a wet spot in the road and driving out of control. The car spun and crashed into my car. The crash at first was pretty bad but I don’t really remember it because my head hit the stearing wheel and my air bag went off. I wasn’t rushed immediately to the hospital but the other driver was. I was taken there after the other driver and passenger took both of the ambulances. They called one for me because I wasn’t thinking right and also because I had some serious pain in my upper neck.

I think the other driver was charged with reckless driving and I wasn’t charged with anything. When I hired the attorney he told me that my case looked pretty good because there were some witnesses to the accident. Just by hearing what I wrote here what do you think my chances are in getting a lawsuit loan for my auto accident? I think we even may go into a settlement with the insurance company so it looks pretty solid on our end.

Law Cash Personal Injury

I hired an attorney after trying to go through the personal injury settlement process and because I’m unfamiliar with the law I failed to get money from the insurance company. I was involved in an automobile accident and jolted my neck as a result I’ve been out of work for the last month and a half. I am seeking law cash for my personal injury. My case involves another car that hit the drivers side of my car and threw me into a side median in the right lane. When I hit the barrier my car turned and the back side of their right back side of their car hit the back. It was like a double impact. I was not taking to the hospital at the time but the next morning I woke up extremely stiff and I couldn’t move my neck right to left. I went to the hospital in the morning, I didn’t drive, and they told me I had major whip lash and that the pain should sustain with the right therapy.

The pain is now almost gone but I’m still taking medication to help the pain go away. I’ve put a lot of money into my repairs and for some medical expenses not to mention out of pocket expenses. When I first starting dealing with the insurance company they assured me that my expenses would be taken care of and that I could work with their processors to make sure I would get fair payment for the accident. When adding up all my expenses and time away from work and potential sales the number was much larger than they anticipated. I even showed pay stubs from the past. They wouldn’t budge on their number and I wouldn’t settle for what they were offering.

I threatened to hire an attorney and my contact told me to wait as I thought they were coming back with the requested amount of money that I was asking for. They didn’t even come up a thousand dollars so I hired an attorney. My attorney told me that I probably should had contacted an attorney well before I did but we are still in a pretty good position because the other driver was clearly at fault. I need to get some cash out of this case before I sink. I’m seeking cash to help pay off some expenses and also to help with my loss of income (commissions- my employer is still giving me some paychecks from past commissions). I don’t know the law very well and not sure how this is going to play out, but can someone at your company please respond to my case. What are the chances or likelihood I would be approved for law cash at your company?

Settlement Funding for Case in Akron OH

I was involved in a personal injury auto accident and I’m looking for a company that can take on my case here in Akron. I applied last year with your company and one of your representatives told me that lawsuit funding was prohibited in the state of Ohio until a certain date and I’m not sure if that date was this past year or this upcoming year. I can’t seem to find the email. I was going to reapply with your company but I don’t want to waste my time if the laws still prohibit funding within the state. My case is still pending and it doesn’t look like I’m going to get compensation for my case for another couple of months. I do recall reading something on your website regarding auto accident cases bringing in the best cases for funding but to be quite honest I’m not sure if it was your site or another site. If you could please let me know if I can now apply because of the different laws in place I would really appreciate it. I could just apply but I don’t want to waste my time or yours if I can’t get the loan. Also, if you could let me know how much time it will take during the intial stage up until I get funding I would really appreciate that as well. I haven’t asked my attorney about it but I don’t think it will be a problem with him if I decide to apply with your company.

Personal Injury Funding Modesto

I live in Modesto, CA and I have a personal injury I need preliminary funding for. The case involves an auto accident negligence case. I was hit in a mall parking lot by a very large truck. My passenger side is completely distroyed. I was rushed to the emergency room and released later that night. I received treatment for major whiplash and also I sprained my knee. I can’t walk right now and I’m out of work as a result. My job is an hourly paying position so I’m no longer receiving a pay check. I would like to know what I need to do to get some sort of funding for my case? Can you tell me how I may qualify?
