Accident at Airport

I was traveling last month a fair bit from city to city. I was flying out of Dallas when I was involved in an accident on their premises. I was walking in the airport and part of it was under maintenance or should I say a small section. There was some sort of tiling that was not in place. When I went over the tiling I immediately took a dive flat on my face. I had no time to react because I was running for the gate. I tiling popped up and I went flying over it. My face hit the ground and I cracked part of my tooth and severily injured my shoulder and wrist. I ended up making the flight and by the time I got to my destination I was in severe pain.

As a recommendation from my brother I contacted an attorney. The attorney told me that it would have been a good idea to take pictures and reported it to the employees which I didn’t do either. I’m assuming they probably have it all on video which probably will be our saving grace. My attorney told me that while he will take the case he isn’t sure exactly how much money the case is going to be worth until I get fully checked out for all my injuries. I think I also hurt my back which I’m going on Monday to get checked out. I would like to know if this is the sort of case your company would provide funding for since its a personal injury and the airport is at fault. My attorney deals with similar cases and he is pretty good.

Airport Accident Settlement Loan for Client

I was injured last week traveling to Baltimore International Airport (BWI) outside of DC. I was going up to the counter and another traveler bowled into me I think running late for a flight. The worst part was the person never stopped to see whether I was alright or not. I could hear sorry and that was the last time I seen this man. I sat on the ground for about 5 minutes until one of the airport employees came down to see if I was alright. It was really bad because none of the people that saw the incident decided to stop to see if I was alright. I hurt myself really bad and I ended up missing my flight. I contacted a lawyer on Friday and we are filing a lawsuit. I will be out of work for a good month because I dislocated my shoulder when I fell to the ground. This was completely unnecessary and could have been avoided. Perhaps they should have decide to stop the man. I know I just filed the lawsuit and we are going through the process right now. I also understand that my case may not have the appropriate paperwork and unsure how this will eventually play out. I would like to know the following: What is the likelihood of obtaining a settlement loan and at what point should I apply for a settlement loan? I would like to sign up but I don’t want to waste anyones time hear if my case won’t be looked at immediately. Please advise me.

Accident in Honolulu, HI

I was traveling on business in Honolulu last month when I was involved in a car accident going back to the airport. I am now seeking lawsuit funding. The accident occurred just miles from the airport and resulted in severe head & neck injury. I was rushed to a nearby hospital and treated for whiplash and a concussion. The accident occurred when an employee of a local trucking company that was on the job, hit me from behind. It was later discovered that the person that hit me was drinking and driving. I missed my flight back home and was in Hawaii for almost an extra week recovering from my injuries. I hired a personal injury attorney back home that is handling my case. My attorney and I are seeking damages for loss of wages, traveling expenses, medical expenses and other related expenses as a direct result to the accident. I was also very uncomfortable in the plane back home. I am also seeking compensation for pain and suffering. My lawsuit was filed weeks ago. We filed a lawsuit about 2 weeks ago. My question is will it have some adverse effect if my attorney is not located in Hawaii and I’m not a resident of Hawaii? I understand that there are certain instances in which a company won’t provide funding for cases and was hoping this wasn’t one of those cases.
