Breach of Contract
Large Lawsuit Settled Need Money
My lawsuit was against my former employer for a breach in contract with various components attached. This was a very large lawsuit and we’ve been successful. I tried to hire a company to provide plaintiff funding before my case was settled but because I have an attorney hired on an hourly rate, no agencies were interested in looking at my options. I applied with your company several months back and your company at least made an effort because the case was so far along. My situation has not changed much at all. While I won my case I’m not going to get money out of it until October of this year which is not what I had in mind.
I understand based upon a conversation with your company in the past that you were unable to provide plaintiff funding without the attorney being hired on a contingency fee basis but because this case has already settled and payment will be on its way, I’m hoping I could get a significant advance right now while waiting for my money to come in.
If you need additional information from me to help you begin by application again please contact me at XXXX.
I look forward to your response regarding this issue.
Suing Over a Breach of Contract For Work
I have a lawsuit against an internet for breach of contract. I have spent 10 of thousands of dollars in the development of my companies website, content management system and contact management system along with other bells and whistles. During the initial stage of the contract we made the company sign off on a not to exceed clause of no more than 10% of the overall project costs. When going into the project we hired a consultant to review our business process and our online e-commerce functionality of our current site, along with a wish list of different features we would add to our already rather large site. It was agreed upon by both parties that an implementation of this magnitude could take no less than 6 months of payment of contract. Our payment structure was a typical 1/3 prior, during and finalization of the contract. Unfortunately the company has not held up their promises and as a result has decided to pull out of the implementation totally.
We have spent close to 400 man hours, paid the company close to $120,000 in development and implementation costs without a finished product. It is presumed by the company that they were unaware of what was required prior to the design phase and that our needs changed during the implementation phase. This is far from the truth. To make matters worse they have decided only to provide a refund of less than half of whats been paid. We have lost a ton of prospective business and due to their testing phase or so they say, our main site was down without back-ups. This is a rather large company located in the United States and they have the resources to hold this case up in the court system.
Like many other small business’s we have certain financial obligations to our employees and by taking such a large hit we are seeking financial assistance during the litigation process. I am hoping that your company will assist us in making this happen.

Breach of Contract
I am having a tough time locating a lender that is willing to fund a breach of contract lawsuit. I am a plaintiff in a case and I’m suing a company out of the West Coast. I’ve contacted close to a dozen of lawsuit funding companies and only one was willing to even look at the case. The company in turn denied the case before it even got looked at by the company because they found out my attorney was hired on an hourly rate. Do you have any lenders that would be willing to fund a breach of contract case?
lawsuit funding breach of contract
I am in a lawsuit for a breach of contract. I’m not sure if your company can provide litigation financing for these types of cases as I’ve been told that most companies will not. Will you please let me know if your company can or will provide services to find breach of contract litigation financing.
