I have a product liability case in progress. My injury is a burn to my arm and part of my side. The product was recalled ATV a few months ago. Michigan Legal Funding

The accident happened in Lansing Michigan. I live in Columbus Ohio. I was involved in an accident about 3 months ago. My attorney told me that I could borrow money against my case but he said that the company will charge me a fee to do so and the fee could be more than a regular loan. Burn injury from an accident

I was involved in an auto accident in Philadelphia a few weeks ago. I will probably end up securing some sort of lawsuit cash advance for my accident but I’m still working out the details with my attorney. I understand based upon several contacts with my personal injury lawyer that my case is worth more because I received burns to my legs. While I’m not 100% certain if it makes a difference does this mean that my chances of getting more money will increase because of the burns? I received minor burns on my arm and burned off part of my hair on top of my head but no damage to my head. Burn injury from a product liability
