Auto Accident Lawsuit Advance in Baltimore

LawLeaf recently received an application from a plaintiff that lives in Baltimore, MD. The plaintiff was involved in an auto accident in Baltimore and was searching for a lawsuit cash advance against their claim. The lawsuit which was filed around 6 months ago was nearing the settlement stage. Over the last 6 months the plaintiff had been receiving physical therapy treatments. The attorney recommended ongoing medical and physical therapy treatments to ensure the client would not settle the case without being fully recovered from the injury. It is important that prior to reaching a settlement with the insurance company you seek the necessary medical & physical therapy treatments because once settled the claimant gives up the right for future compensations for the injury.

Question: If the plaintiff decides to receive a lawsuit cash advance against the case, do they need to be employed and will the lender run credit checks etc?

Unlike a standard bank loan or a payday loan, a lawsuit cash advance is not based upon credit or employment status. A lawsuit cash advance is based upon the strength of the case. If a client decides to apply for lawsuit funding the lender will only be interested in the lawsuit. This means the lender will provide an advance only if they believe the client will receive compensation from the claim. If the lender believes there is clear liability, chances are the plaintiff will receive an advance against the lawsuit.

Question: If you receive a lawsuit cash advance will you have to pay back the advance if you lose the claim?

A lawsuit cash advance against an automobile accident will always be non recourse with LawLeaf. This means if you lose your case, you will not be obligated to pay back the loan.

What are the rates for a lawsuit cash advance against an auto accident in Baltimore?

If a case has already reached settlement the rates are generally better. This is because there is less risk on the part of the lender. If you are applying for pre settlement funding for an auto accident, the rates are generally higher than settled cases however lower than most other personal injury related claims.

If you are searching for a lawsuit settlement advance in Baltimore, apply with LawLeaf today. For additional information on car accident lawsuit funding contact LawLeaf today.

Accident Claim

You may have recently been involved in an accident and filed a claim. At the same point you may be considering lawsuit funding against the accident claim to help pay for the necessities. There are thousands of accident claims filed each month. Most of these claims are filed by an attorney on behalf of their client. At LawLeaf we always recommend if you were hurt in an accident you should first contact a lawyer to see if you have a legal right to be compensated for your injuries. Through settlement or litigation, you may be able to obtain compensation for pain and suffering, medical expenses, lost wages, ongoing medical expenses, out of pocket expenses and other related damages directly related to the accident. It is important to understand if you have been involved in an accident you must file an accident claim within the deadline or you can lose your right to recover damages.

Some of the different types of accident claims include:

How quickly should I file a claim?

If you have been injured in an accident you will need to file a claim immediately. There are statutes of limitations for each state. If you go past the statute of limitations you can no longer file a claim. If you have questions regarding time frames we recommend contacting a local attorney or your state bar association.

Will I receive a lawsuit cash advance against my accident claim?

It will depend upon your case. If you have a pending lawsuit we will first request documentation from your attorney. These documents are used to get a better idea of the strength of your case. If you just filed a claim against your lawsuit and the documentation does not yet exist, we can still work with you. LawLeaf will send a request for documentation to your attorney and will follow-up until the information is sent. This can take several weeks to a month depending upon the case.

When applying for a lawsuit funding against an accident claim the underwriter viewing your file will make a decision based upon strength of case. This decision is oftentimes based upon negligence and the ability for the defense to pay compensation to the plaintiff. It also helps if you’ve received a previous offer to settlement the case.

If you are currently searching for an accident claim lawsuit cash advance, begin by applying online with LawLeaf today.

Lawsuit Loan for a Car Accident with LawLeaf

If you are considering a lawsuit loan for a car accident, begin by contacting LawLeaf today. The majority of the applications we receive each day are from clients searching for lawsuit loans against pending lawsuits or cases that have reached settlement. The main reason we receive so many applications for car accident lawsuit loans is because the number one personal injury claim throughout North America is that of a motor vehicle accident.

Prior to applying for a lawsuit loan against a car accident you should consider the following:

How much money do you need? - It is important to fully assess your financial situation prior to applying for a lawsuit loan with any company. We recommend that our clients fully evaluate their immediate and ongoing financial needs prior to accepting an offer. It can sometimes be difficult to get second and third rounds of funding for the same case. At LawLeaf can sometimes offer clients the opportunity to secure an open line of credit against their case.  This means you can borrow what you need today and come back at a later date in the event of an emergency.

When do you need the money? - If you can wait for a larger settlement without having to secure a lawsuit loan, it may be best to wait. If you are like most people that live paycheck to paycheck you may not be able to wait much longer. When applying for a lawsuit loan for a car accident you should make sure the company can underwrite your file within the same day they receive your documents from your attorney. At LawLeaf we can get your file looked at an underwriter the same day we receive your documents. In most cases we can get an approval the same day or the next day. If you have an immediate need for a lawsuit loan only work with those companies that are willing to go the extra mile of obtaining documents and underwriting your case in a timely manner.

If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident and the other party was at fault, there is a good chance you will get approved for a lawsuit loan. One of the benefits of applying with LawLeaf is we provide loans for soft tissue and catastrophic injuries. There are no minimum or maximum amounts you can request. You will also benefit from a company that has the ability to secure lower rates and faster approvals for our clients. If you are considering a lawsuit loan for a car accident, contact LawLeaf today.

Whiplash Settlement

Have you been a victim of an automobile accident and as a result whiplash occurred? Whiplash is very common for those people that get hit from behind in a car accident. Whiplash is a common term that is used to describe neck pain following an acciddent. Whiplash causes injury to the neck area more specific to the ligaments, muscles and tendons. At the time of impact the neck may be jolted in an abnormal position which ultimately effects normal range of motion. When someone is hit from behind by a motor vehicle the impact of the vehicle can force a persons neck to move into such a position which causes whiplash.

A whiplash settlement is compensation paid the victim paid through a lump sum or over a period of time (structured settlement).  The amount of money one may receive for a whiplash injury will be dependent upon the severity of the injury amongst other things.

If you have been involved in a whiplash and seeking a fair settlement for injury consider the following:

  • Are you being compensated for pain and suffering?
  • Have you lost a job or wages due to the injury?
  • Were you injured on other parts of your body?
  • What types of medical expenses have you incurred?

It is quite possible if you were involved in a car accident recently the onset of pain didn’t happen on the same day of the accident. In actuality its quite common that the onset could happen a day or even a week later.  In order to maximize your chances of getting a whiplash settlement its always recommended you seek medical attention right after an accident has occurred. You should also consider not speaking with the other persons insurance company until you’ve contacted legal representation. There are situations in which a plaintiff decides to speak with the insurance company. They may feel great and only interested in getting compensation for damaged property. The mistake some people make soon after a whiplash accident is making a statement to the insurance company that injury has not occurred. The problem with such statement is several days later the plaintiff could be hospitalized with a whiplash injury and the statement may be held against them for any future compensation for the accident.

For victims that are currently in the litigation process for a whiplash injury and seeking compensation but can’t wait, contact LawLeaf today for lawsuit funding. LawLeaf provides lawsuit cash advances throughout the United States of victims that can’t wait for settlement. We have helped people throughout the United States that are in search of a lawsuit loan pending the settlement process. LawLeaf can provide lawsuit funding for an array of different types of accidents resulting in whiplash.

Won My Personal Injury Claim But Need Money

I am from Atlanta, GA. I was in a car accident last year and last week I won my case. The terms pretty much come down that I get paid but not for 60 days which I think is not right. I asked my attorney about it but quite honestly still can’t understand why now it will take even longer before I see any money. I am trying to buy a home and I can’t get approved for my mortgage without this money. I’ve got the builder asking me questions and my mortgage company waiting. I’m not getting approved and I’m already in for a down deposit since its a new home. I’m going nowhere quickly. I am asking your company if they can provide an advance against what I’m going to get paid. It is only now 50+ days out until the agreed time to get paid. I have a six figure check coming my way and only need about 25% of it out right now. I’m not sure if you would consider this pre settlement so please let me know if this is something your company can help with. I really would appreciate some sort of immediate feedback to my question. I’m running out of time.

I Won My Lawsuit

I recently won a rather large settlement after being involved with a commercial trucking company. I was in an accident early last year and it was the other drivers fault. I hired an attorney that specializes in vehicle accidents caused by motorist of commercial companies ie. trucking companies. We went into a settlement mode before it was pulled back because the company for some reason decided to take back the offer last minute. It was actually never their offer but they considered a counter offer. The accident itself was pretty bad but I am half way fine now. The case was won a few weeks ago and I’m in a waiting mode. I have researched companies that provide lawsuit funding for cases that have already been won and I continue to find your company. What I’m reading on many of these questions and the main website is that you take cases that haven’t been won or others that are about structured settlements. My case is unique outside of either one of these types of funding cases. I’ve actually won my lawsuit but the compensation from the case hasn’t yet been paid to me. I really don’t know if I’m in a middle stage here because I won but not have been paid yet. I was wondering or hoping for additional information about my funding options. If I sign up through your company would you consider advancing me a quite of bit of money even though its not before or after? I am looking for money or a cash advance for what is owed to me. I hope I’m making a little sense but I think you probably get the point. Please let me know if you have additional questions for me. I really do need money as soon as possible so please get back to me immediately.

Fargo Car Accident Lawsuit Loan

I was in an accident with my car in Fargo a few months back. I was hit by a UPS driver on my way to work and I had pretty bad injury to my lower back and head injury as well. I’m searching for a lawsuit loan because I’m still out of work. The settlement is going to be very large because of their insurance policy which I’m very grateful for because I was worried. I know for a fact their isn’t much about the case that really makes me worried about losing it. We are going through different doctors right now to evaluate the full extent of the injury and to make sure we cover our backs during the final negotiation of the settlement. I am for sure going to borrow money because I don’t have a full time source of income and like every person I’ve got obligations. I read over some of the information on your website and I’m certain that I have a great case. I am a little confused about how this is paid out though. I think what I’m looking for is a pre settlement lawsuit loan that is that non recourse payment. I don’t want to extend a payment plan with your lender I’m looking for a lump sum of cash out of the case before the case will settle. I’m not sure if I’m off base here because I’ve never gone through this process before. Can you clarify this for me please because I’m a little confused with all this information from the other website.

San Jose Car Crash Legal Funding

Please let me know if you can help me. I was in a car crash in San Jose, CA. When I coming of the interstate I was struck by another car. It was very bad because the car didn’t decide to slow down and hit me pretty hard. My attorney told me that I could get legal funding because we are not settling out of court. My attorney told me that your company could help but it would be still a good idea to find out what the rates are before accepting to move forward with your company. I understand that each case is different and I’m not going to hold you to this but can you tell me what on the average what are the rates for a car crash accident in the California area?

The other question has to do with the amount of time it takes to get approved for something like this. Again I won’t hold you to this but if you could let me know again on average the amount of time it takes that would be great.

My attorney told me that I could get approved because the other driver was at fault. I guess this is the whole negligence thing I’ve read about. I was also wondering if there is anything else you would need to get an approval. I see on the application there is something about contacting my attorney. Would it be possible to also have someone contact me if I decide to move forward? I would like to talk to someone via a telephone call if I could. Thank you for your help.

Car Accident Loan

I am interested in a car accident loan using your approach in getting your clients funding. I have a friend of mine that used Law Leaf and he told me that your company works much better. I was in a car accident in November of last year. We hired an attorney that filed a lawsuit against the person that caused the accident. My friend told me that your company can provide some sort of service to get me a loan while my case goes to trial. He shared with me your loan rates from the company and I was a bit confused on how exactly it is determined on the rates. For instance he had an entirely different type of accident and quite frankly too me its a risky proposition on behalf of your company to provide a loan for his claim. I read over a few different articles about getting a lawsuit loan for a car accident and I do see that the rates are generally better than lets say a different type of case. I’m unclear of how and why and would like to be assured that I’m not going to get a hike in my rate. I feel like my lawsuit is much more solid than his lawsuit and I’m assuming that my rates will be generally lower. This would mean that wants my case is won by me and my attorney that I would have to pay back less money, generally speaking, for getting a loan for my lawsuit. Can you please explain to me the reasoning behind the different rates and also what is your experience in getting clients into loans for car accident lawsuits.

Settlement Loan for Car Wreck

I am trying to find a company that can provide a settlement loan for a car wreck. I was in a car crash 7 months ago and it wasn’t my fault. I had a car come up fast on my back end and try to make a pass to the right of me. We he floored his pedal he tail ended me. My car spun out of control and he rammed me in the back left of my bumper spinning me out of control even more. My car went flying off the road and I collided with a group of trees about 20 feet from the road. My car was wrecked and I broke my arm upon impact. I was rushed to the emergency room because I was half unconscious and the air bag I think took some of the air out of me.

The driver of the other car was charged with reckless driving and his insurance company is really trying to settle this out of court. They have made several offers to me an my attorney to get this thing closed out. Unfortuantely their offers have been less than attractive and we are not settling rather taking this to court.

There is not an inkling of doubt that the other driver used poor judgement and was completely at fault. The problem is that the insurance company believes the injuries that I sustained as a result weren’t nearly as bad as I’m saying. They will cover my meds & some loss of wages but not all. They are also not considering any pain and suffering from the accident.

I am trying to get around 30,000 up front so I’m not put in a position to have to settle this case early because like I said they won’t budge and we will have to go to court. I want to know if your company can help? I also want to know if 30,000 is way too much to ask for a loan.

Settlement Funding Syracuse

Alright I’m a full time student at Syracuse University. I’m in my senior year and I was leaving a frat party when I was struck by a driver coming down off of the main highway from this party. When I got out of the car I immediately fell to the ground. The guy that was driving the SUV was thought to be under the influence of Alcohol but once they tested him he apparently passed. I had screwed up knee cap bad and can’t apply preasure to my leg. When I stand I go pretty gimp. I’ve missed about 2 weeks of classes in the beginning of the year and it really effected my grades for the semester. I hired a lawyer last November. He is handling the case and will be able to settle this either out or in court. We are still waiting until my rehabilitation is over which should end at the end of this month. I am really broke now. I barely had enough money to pay for my books this semester and I’m out of work right now. I was stocking shelves for a grocery in my area but was told to stay off my leg.

After hearing my situation I was hoping you could tell me if my case would be approved for settlement funding from your company. Based upon this information can you tell me or give me your honest opinion if this is something that would be of interest to you? I haven’t applied with any other company because I keep on hitting sites that direct me here so I’m assuming this is probably the place to get settlement funding if any.

Car Accident Post Settlement Loan

I have a car accident personal injury lawsuit that is about to reach settlement. I am searching for a company that can provide me with a loan while waiting for my compensation out of the lawsuit.

I have reached a settlement after a I was involved in a car accident and my fibromyalgia was aggravated producing serious pain throughout my body. I suffered severe injury from the spinal cord area to my neck and back. As a result to this accident I have been out of work for over 9 months. I was working in a management position with a manufacturing company and because I wasn’t able to do my daily routines my doctor insisted I don’t return to work, not even part time. This has certainly taken a burden to both my financial status as well as my living arrangements. Over the last year due to the discomfort of my injury I have been unable to get a full nights rest. I am up and down all night. I was prescribed pain medication that makes you drowsy however that has worn off as my body has become immune to the medication. In fact the pain has yet to reside. My health has taken a big hit as well. I was very active prior to the accident and now I’m about 30 pounds heavier as I cant’ do the exercises that I was previous doing before the injury. I’m not sure if I will ever be the same as I was before the car accident.

When I was in the hospital my significant other contacted a lawyer on my behalf. The lawyer is a fabulous representative and has done a stellar job in getting the lawsuit closed up. I was told today by my lawyer that the insurance company has agreed to pay the whole policy to settle out the case. We are going to take the settlement. This means that we will be successful in winning my lawsuit and I can now begin the next stage of my life. I am contacting your company because I’m interested in a post settlement loan for my car accident lawsuit. I have read information on this site and several others that point back to your website. I understand you do a lot of pre settlement loans for car accident cases and would like to confirm you will do the same for cases that have already reached settlement.

I am looking for a lawsuit loan at this stage of the game because my lawyer has told me that the compensation will not be paid immediately. Please advise me on whether your company can help.

Washington DC Settlement Loan

I was involved in a car accident coming into Washington DC on Mass. Avenue. I was on my way to a business appointment when a car blind sided me after running a red light. I am actually not from DC but my case and claim is being filed within the District. I hired a lawyer in DC to handle my case. I’m not 100% sure how this process works so please bare with me on these questions. I already know you provide settlement funding for car accidents in Washington DC but not sure how you handle cases that the victim is from a different area. I am not living in the area and need to be sure if I still can qualify for a settlement loan. The driver of the other car has full coverage which means my attorney tells me their is a good chance of getting full compensation out of my case. This means for me that my medical bills and my loss of wages should be able to get paid off unless something crazy happens. I would like to apply for a larger amount of money but I don’t know how much I may apply for or what percentage of our estimated value of the case I can get. My last question is I don’t really have great credit although I am paying on all my debt. I’m hoping that your firm does not run credit reports because I have less than good credit to say the least. If you can please answer the questions I think I’ll be ready to sign up for settlement funding with your company. I thank you very much for your help during this process.
