Car Accident
Litigation Financing for Car Accident
I have tried to get litigation financing for a car accident I had last year. The first company that I applied with earlier in the year told me that I wouldn’t be able to get litigation financing because I hadn’t gotten all the records for medical procedures. The other company that I applied with told me that the car accident was still in the red regarding who was responsible for the accident. My case has come a long way since I applied last. I found your site through another site and wanted to ask your company if I have all my medical procedures completed along with medical expenses, my case is reaching closure sometime in the next couple of months and my attorney has proven neglignece by the other driver. I’m assuming this would immediately make me eligible to get litigation financing for my case.
The accident occurred as a result of the other driver running a red light and blind sided me. The reason why my attorney at the time couldn’t prove negligence was because the other driver said I ran the red light. It was proven later after the other driver admitted to running the red light because of the street cameras. Now that my case is almost complete I’m assuming that I could get a larger advance for my case. How much money would it cost me if I decided to get litigation financing for my car accident? Would it be based upon some sort of formula or because you have gotten evidence of negligence would it be less money?
Accident in Honolulu, HI
I was traveling on business in Honolulu last month when I was involved in a car accident going back to the airport. I am now seeking lawsuit funding. The accident occurred just miles from the airport and resulted in severe head & neck injury. I was rushed to a nearby hospital and treated for whiplash and a concussion. The accident occurred when an employee of a local trucking company that was on the job, hit me from behind. It was later discovered that the person that hit me was drinking and driving. I missed my flight back home and was in Hawaii for almost an extra week recovering from my injuries. I hired a personal injury attorney back home that is handling my case. My attorney and I are seeking damages for loss of wages, traveling expenses, medical expenses and other related expenses as a direct result to the accident. I was also very uncomfortable in the plane back home. I am also seeking compensation for pain and suffering. My lawsuit was filed weeks ago. We filed a lawsuit about 2 weeks ago. My question is will it have some adverse effect if my attorney is not located in Hawaii and I’m not a resident of Hawaii? I understand that there are certain instances in which a company won’t provide funding for cases and was hoping this wasn’t one of those cases.
Lawsuit Funding in Kansas City
I have a personal injury case in Kansas City and I’m searching for lawsuit funding. I’ve seen a few of these companies on television but that is not the kind of lawsuit funding I need. My case is for a car accident that happened about 6 months ago. I have not gotten paid for any damages yet and really need money. My attorney told me that this could be done without having to settle the case to early. I think there is more than just the whole structured settlement because my case isn’t complete. Can you please lead me in the right direction on what I should apply for or even if this makes sense. As you can probably tell I’ve never tried to get lawsuit funding in the past. Thank you very much for your help regarding my issue.
Car Crash Accident Omaha
I was in a car crash in Omaha Nebraska last year. My case is coming around very slowly and I mean slowly. My attorney and I have declined two different offers from the insurance company. I’m still going through medical treatments and my expenses are piling up. My attorney advised me to wait before I settle my case for medical expense reasons which I’ve done up until now. I am really running out of money, my savings has been eating up and I’m getting to a point in which settling my case would mean some financial stability in my life which I’m looking for at this time. My attorney just told me that I could go out and get a settlement advancement for my case which could hold me over until my case reaches full potential in the compensation department. It has tweaked my interest but I’m concerned on the same hand with this type of funding. If I decide to get lawsuit funding what will this do to my case? Will I be forced to reach a settlement quicker and get less money or will a company stay out of my case? Also can you tell me what type of pay back rates we are talking about? I know that car crash cases are less rates but how much less? I read an earlier post.
Fresno CA Personal Injury Lawsuit Funding
I live in Fresno CA and I have an interest in personal injury lawsuit funding with your company. My accident occurred in Sacramento. My lawyer is located in Sacramento as well. My attorney is familar with advancing cash for lawsuits but I’m not sure about how this process will work. I understand or at least think it really doesn’t matter regarding the city but not so sure about the state. I also would like to know if you will contact my attorney before having a conversation with me. My attorney told me of two companies he has worked with in the past and neither were Law Leaf. When I asked him about Law Leaf he told me he never had a plaintiff use your service. I’m not concerned about that but I do need to know that you have lenders that provide funding here in California. He told me that he really doesn’t care what company I use and after telling him about Law Leaf he did say it was worth me contacting your company. We looked up your site on the internet and didn’t see anything about Calfornia personal injury lawsuit funding but because I found you on the internet I’m assuming you can provide advancement services in this state. My other question is what type of rates do you offer for car accident cases. Other companies have their rates listed on their site but I don’t see any rates on your site. I’ve contacted two lenders who provided rates that were much higher than they advertised on their website. I obviously was approved and I found it strange that they would offer up their rates but come in with much higher rates. This is really the main reason why I’m contacting your company.
Houston Car Accident Case for Funding
I have already been approved and accepted lawsuit funding for a car accident I had last year in Houston. I accepted a lawsuit loan from a company 2 months ago, but not using the lawleaf service. I called back the company last week and they told me they were unable to advance me additional money on my case because its already been funded once. I read on your site tonight that there are some cases in which you will provide additional funding for some cases but maybe not for all. My case is worth at least 100K in compensation and my loan was only for 3K. I’m guessing I should be able to get more money out of my case if need be and really was hoping I could apply with your company. Can you let me know if my case would be approved?
Legal Funding Maricopa County AZ
I live in Maricopa County, AZ and I’ve got an issue regarding lawsuit funding and my attorney. I applied online with another company about a week ago. My attorney was contacted by this company and he told them he would not share my information with the company. I spoke to the paralegal in the office yesterday and my attorney was not available for me. She said he was in court. This is for a personal injury case I have. I was involved in a car accident about 3 months ago. I’m not sure if the company just isn’t aggresive enough or whether this is the right of my attorney. Can you please explain to me what I need to do to get him to provide this information to this company? Does your company take cases in the state of Arizona?
Car Accident Case - Harris County TX
I live in Harris County TX and I was in a car accident last week. I injured my neck and my leg pretty bad. I was driving when I was blind sided by a 4X4 truck. The driver hit my passenger side door launching me vehicle into a guard rail. I was hospitalized for 2 days with a severe injury to my leg. It got lodged under my wheel. I am considering working this out with the insurance company but noticed that I can’t get funding without an attorney. Negligence is clear cut. Do you have any lenders that would be willing to fund my case without having an attorney? How about if I accept an offer and it takes a month for payment but you see that the insurance company will pay me?
Pending Lawsuit
I live in Cook County, IL and I have a pending personal injury lawsuit that I’m waiting to close. My attorney and I have been working on this case for some time now. I have consulted with my attorney regarding my options of whether to settle the case or continue the litigation process. I have been searching for a means or resource of money for about 2 months now. My accident has kept me from working my 9-5 job. The injury occured almost 4 months ago and I’ve been unable to work and limited to doing odd jobs. The litigation process could extend my case into mid next year which certainly would not benefit me in the interim. I’m now searching for a company that could provide me with a lawsuit advancement for funding for my case. My case was for a car accident on my way to work. This is not a workers compensation case though. Can you lead me in the right direction of what my options are and how much money I could request for my accident?
Settlement Loans in Montreal
I am from the United States but was involved in a car accident in Montreal. I’m looking for information on how I can get a settlement loan out of my case. I see that your company does lawsuit funding in Canada but I’m unsure of the laws of providing someone money against a case if they don’t live in the country. My case was filed about 3 months ago. Things seem to take forever up there and without some sort of income coming in for me, I’ll be living back at my parents house in no time. I’ve looked online for companies located in Canada but the only company I continue to see is law leaf for funding in Montreal. Can you please let me know if this is going to be a problem with me at this time or will I not be able to get lawsuit funding for my accident because of my location.
Car Accident Case in Reno NV
I was involved in a car accident in Reno NV last year and I’m interested in finding out the legality of getting some sort of settlement loan for my accident. My accident occurred outside of a casino and was in a rental car. My car was blindsided by an SUV and the passenger in my car and me were sent to the hospital. The driver of the SUV was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. I had insurance on the vehicle that I was driving so I was covered without my premiums going up. I was also covered through my insurance for my accident and injuries at the hosptial. I am suing the owner of the SUV and the insurance company that represents the driver. I think that my attorney may be having a tough time with the case because of the DWI and dealing with the other insurance company.
The injury’s included a spinal cord injury and serious whip lash to both me and my friend. We were hospitalized for over a week (the both of us). As a result to the accident I’ve been working on and off for the last year trying to catch up on mortgage payments, car payments, kids tuition and other related everday expenses. I spoke to my attorney last week and he believes while the case is a solid case, its going to take a few more months for any result. The legality of this question is that I’m from out of state. I live in Ohio right now and I understand there was a law in place that doesn’t allow for plaintiff funding is this correct? I was thinking since my accident occurred in Reno NV that I may be able to get the funding after all. I have tried this in the past without success and was hoping your company had an answer to my problem.
Green Bay Lawsuit Funding
I was in a car accident in Green Bay last year. I have been searching for an attorney for several months after the accident after I couldn’t work out a payment with the insurance company. The attorney told me last week the settlement is near which means I will probably get my compensation sometime in the next month or two. I have the case under review by my attorney and I’m told that my case will close for the amount of money or close to what we are asking for. I’ve completed all my mandatory physical therapy treatments as the result of the car accident. I’m now looking for lawsuit funding because beforehand when I applied they couldn’t get my medical records and they wouldn’t advance me money without them. I am now in the position to send over those records. I applied with Law Leaf once before and the lender that I spoke with and I can’t remember the name told me they were waiting for medical records. How can I get back in touch with the lender do I need to sign up again for pre settlement funding? My case was around two months ago.
Car Accident Settlement Loan
I was involved in a car accident last year and I’m searching for a company that provides decent rates for settlement loans. I have contacted many different companies earlier this year and they told me they were interested in my case but because of the medical records and the ongoing stuff the companies would only fund my case up to a certain amount of money, I think it was about 20K. I didn’t take any of these offers at the time. I just now got done all my ongoing medical treatments and therapy sessions and while I’ll never 100% recover from the accident I’m about 95% there. I met with my attorney last week and he told me we were ready to move forward with the case (he has been all along). We now have a more solid understanding of how much compensation we are going to get out of the case. My case is going to be much larger because of the injury etc. While investigating applying for a settlement loan I came across an article from your company outlining the specifics of how much money a case was worth etc. I found it very informative but I do have one question about applying for a settlement loan. The article talked about strength of case is how these settlement loan companies will evaluate whether they will give you a loan and how much for. Can you please explain how this would relate to a settlement loan for a car accident?
I am also interested in finding out how much money your company believes my case is worth and how much of a settlement loan I would be able to get. My attorney believes we are probably a few more months away before I get a check from the insurance company and we may even have to go to court.
Austin Lawsuit Funding for Car Accident
I applied with Law Leaf last week and was accepted by one of your lenders for a car accident in Austin. When I initially signed up for lawsuit funding I suggested a certain amount of money which was approved by your lender. The lender forwarded onto my attorney because I wanted him to review it before I signed off on the agreement. I had an incident come up over the weekend and I need to request more money against this claim. I tried contacting the company yesterday but no one was available to take my call because of the Holiday Weekend. Do you want me to email you with my information and law leaf can take car of this or should I wait until Monday and directly contact your lender? What is easiest? I’m assuming this isn’t the first time this has happened and I’m hoping it won’t be any trouble.
Tucson Lawsuit Funding Companies
I’ve read over your website tonight and see that you have clients in Arizona that seek lawsuit funding from your group of lenders. I have a car accident case that has lasted over a year and my attorney referred me to your company. I am a very big dot the i’s and cross the t’s type of person. While we could have settled this case around a month ago I knew I was on the losing side of the offer. We have been playing ping pong with my case up until now. I am interested in using your service but need conformation that your company has lenders that would be willing to take cases out of Tucson, AZ. I would prefer if the company that handles my advance would be located near or around the city in the event I needed to visit them about my case. I would also like additional information on how you will evaluate my case and determine which of those lenders would essentially view my application.
Major Tissue Damage Car Accident
I got into a car accident earlier this year and I have major tissue damage to both of my arms and back. I was in the accident when I was traveling to work in Rhode Island. I believed that I first contacted a workers compensation lawyer because I thought if I was traveling to work I would be covered but because I wasn’t traveling during work hours they told me I couldn’t apply for workers compensation. I was recommended to contact a personal injury attorney in my area and he is working with my case right now. I am searching for a lawsuit funding company that can provide a large sum of cash for non recourse. I would like to first talk to the lender if that would be possible. Can you please let me know what the rates are for a catastrophic accident due to a car accident.
Car Accident Wrongful Death Lawsuit Loan
I have a clear cut case for a wrongful death for a car accident and looking at getting a lawsuit loan. I have shopped my case through another lender and they can only give me up to $50,000 for my case. I am looking for a lawsuit loan of around $100,000 or a little more if possible. The negligence and liability is well documented and in place. The lawsuit should be a slam dunk. My case is worth upwards of close to a million in settlement. I understand this may be a little more information than you need but I really would like to know if you have lenders that can provide more than a $50,000 cash advancement on these cases. I would appreciate a quick response and I much rather not be forced to take less than what I need.
Lawsuit Funding for Car Accident
I inquired last week in regards to lawsuit funding for a car accident I had in Indiana. I spoke to my attorney and he wanted to know the following questions on how this type of funding works. If I’m approved for funding will it compromise any compensation he will receive from my case? This means if we win the case who will receive payment first, my attorney or your lender? In Indiana is it legal to provide pre settlement funding? At what point will a lender contact him to talk about my case and hand off the case documents detailing how the car accident happened? How often will they call my attorney to request and update for my case? Prior to accepting any lawsuit loan my attorney is going to request he take a look at the contract before I sign off on it. Would it be possible to request your lender to provide my attorney with a copy of the contract if the event I receive funding? When I spoke to my attorney last week he has never worked with a lawsuit funding company. These are the questions I have before I decide if I’m going to sign up or not. I thank you for your ongoing help regarding this issue.
