My Attorney Recommended Me

Hi, I live in Atlanta and I have a personal injury lawsuit against a commercial vehicle company. My attorney told me that he recommended law leaf to many of his other clients. We filed a personal injury lawsuit against the company last year. I think we are coming up to almost a year into my claim. The way the accident happened I believe is irrelevant because my attorney has already proved the driver of the truck was negligent. We are currently in the middle of this lawsuit and I’m going to say that I really need to get paid now. My attorney told me that the rates from your company sometimes fluctuate depending upon the personal injury claim. I read over your information on several other sites and I keep on seeing “strength of case” as an underlying theme of getting better rates using your company. I understand with any type of loan there will be some charges to the person that is approved for the loan. I also know that with negligence already proved that the loan probably should be better in rates than some of your other clients may get. When looking through your various sites I don’t see anything regarding any sort of rates for my type of accident. I understand that each company will charge different rates depending upon the “strength of case” but I would like a better understanding of the rates you would charge for a case similar to mine. I would also like to know if there is any type of special offer that I could get because my attorney referred me to your company.

Lawsuit Funds

I am looking for lawsuit funds for a personal injury against a commercial vehicle company. I was involved in an accident months ago and I was told by my attorney I could get lawsuit funds for my case even before it goes into a settlement. I have never applied for funds until I applied with Law Leaf today. I spoke to one of your representatives earlier in the day and he told me something about getting information from my attorney and he would be in touch with him. I didn’t have much time to talk and I’ve misplaced his number. I’m going to assume he is going to follow up with me regarding my request tomorrow. He was mentioning a few items which he will request in order to release funds for my case. I understand I don’t have to payback the lawsuit funds if I lose my case, I did hear that. What I would like to know is exactly what information is going to be requested by my attorney? I’m not a criminal and I pay my bills on time, sometimes. If you could provide me with this type of information I was thinking I could get the information for your company in case he wasn’t able to contact my attorney tomorrow and get the information. I am worried because my attorney said she would be fine talking to a company on my behalf but I’m pretty sure if she’s not in the secretary won’t be able to give you that information. I really need the money and if you could let me know what I need to get, I could save us all a lot of trouble in case she is in court or not in tomorrow. If it matters, the representative I spoke with briefly today was very nice a knowledgeable.
