Credit Card Fraud Lawsuit

I hired an attorney last year to represent my case for credit card fraud. This is a consumer case against a creditor. I was under certain impressions that I wasn’t liable for certain costs during the time I had the card. Without notifying me they decided to change my terms and agreement to my card, or at least I never received anything in the mail. They claim that I did etc. I know my rights as a consumer and I feel this was much like the predatory lending tactics that some of these credit card companies play on us. My attorney believes that I downright have a great case or he wouldn’t had taken my case. I feel that the case is very solid and certainly should be able to get what is rightfully mine. I understand that these cases can be tied up for a long time, its been about 5 months for me right now. I was locked into this fraudulent agreement in the first place because I needed to pay down debt and the card had a pretty nice upside with the line of credit and other payment structures which I wasn’t really given but told I was. I will tell you that I never fully read over all the terms I just took at hand what the representative told me. I mean who in their right mind can read over all this fine print is beyond me. I am now in the final stages or hopefully the final stages before a settlement is reached. In the meantime I need to see if I can get a loan. Do you provide loans for this type of case? I hope I’ve been descriptive.

Litigation against a company

I’m in the middle of a service disagreement with a software company. I was sold a product that was still in testing phase or I thought and the company recently decided to can the project although they didn’t refund my initial deposit which is a large sum of money. I hired a consumer fraud attorney to litigate my case against the company. We have copies of the agreement that was signed by my company. The case has been going on for over 6 months and we’ve dedicated much of our resources to the legal proceedings. I’m searching on behalf of my employer for litigation financing. I’m under the impression based upon a variety of the questions on this site that your company provides consumer fraud funding or at least thats my assumption.
