Large Settlement Funding Quotes

I recently won a verdict on a large copyright infringement case (I believe you call it commercial litigation settlement funding) and I would like to know if your company is in a position to provide funding for my case. There is an appeal on my case and I’m assuming 2-3 more months if not more before I know something more. Last week I applied with two other companies that were not in the position to loan me the requested amount of money I’m seeking. The companies both told me they would be willing to advance me a portion of the requested amount but not the full amount. I am looking for a 7 figure advancement on my case. I have read over several other websites that suggest they can advance on personal injury cases and copyright infringement cases up to a certain amount, none being larger than low 6 figure.

I spoke with my attorney today and he suggested I contact your company. I have read over your website and I see your company would be willing to fund copyright cases but I can’t locate the maximum amount of money that one may request on such case. I am assuming based upon other information it wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibility that your company could help.  I read something else on this website or another suggesting that your company could advance well over a million dollars for some cases. May I ask you if I apply with your company tonight would you be able to work for me giving the information I’ve provided. If you are unable could you please recommend another company that could help.

I appreciate a quick response to my inquiry.

Lawsuit Cash Advance in California

I am very unfamiliar with the whole process of getting a lawsuit cash advance for a lawsuit and was hoping you could provide me with an answer to a few questions. I first live in California and I’m assuming since I found your site you provide advancement services in California? My case is a copyright infringement case with a company located and operating out of Los Angeles. I have looked into several other financial sources and continue to run into road blocks. The case is against a very reputable company in the entertainment industry. My attorney is taking my case on a contingency fee basis mainly because he is a good friend of mine. We have been fighting legally with this company for close to 6 months now and I do see some closure soon. I would like to know if your company would be able to provide its services for copyright cases & if the service would allow “me” the plaintiff to get the cash advance. I have put a lot of time and an exhoritant amount of money and resources into my project and to have it stolen under my finger tips is downright disturbing. I have all the information pertaining to my case and my friend would be willing to work out some sort of payment schedule if you company could contact him. I really do need the money and if this isn’t something that your company could provide please refer me to another company that could provide a relatively large cash advance against my lawsuit.

Litigation Funding in Nashville TN

I have a case involving a copyright infringement in Nashville, TN. I’m seeing a lot of cases here regarding personal injury matters and while my claim is being handled by a personal injury attorney, it isn’t categorized as an injury case. I’m not sure if your lenders handle litigation funding or not. I have been involved in a commercial dispute by a reputable company which I won’t name due to my case, but the issue has been going on for about 6 months. The lawsuit was filed as a copyright infringement by my attorney. I would like to know if your company could help me with getting some sort of pre settlement funding for my case? I’ve not been physically hurt but financially is a different story. I’m working with a large firm out of the Nashville area right now although I don’t reside in this area.

Copyright issue and need cash advance

I have a copyright breach and I’ve hired a lawyer to contact a company that has taken a copyright that I created with a web application. Case was just opened last week. Would like to apply for a lawsuit cash advance but not sure if you would consider this a pre settlement case or not or perhaps a commercial lit? Any idea and also my attorney is signed up on a win fee basis meaning no win no fees.

Do you also provide personal loans or can recommend a company like yours that does personal loans at all?

Copyright legal funding

I have a case involving a company that has used my copyright information on my website and they are determined not to take it off of their website. They’ve time after time stated that they don’t need to take the content off their website because the internet is a free place to grab and place content and they are suggesting that maybe it was I that stole their content. In any event I’ve hired an attorney but the attorney is costing me an arm and a leg. The attorney told me she feels the case is strong against them but without more money it will be almost impossible for me to continue down this path. I need a need some sort of funding to mainly help pay for my legal expenses until I get paid from this case. I see here in the drop down that you must provide copyright lawsuit funding of some sort please explain.
