Advance Funding Companies

I have a question about how these companies provide advance funding for cases that haven’t settled yet. I have a personal injury case in Maine. My attorney and I are going to look at an offer sometime at the end of the week. The case is against a company that sold me a faulty product and caused signifcant injury to my body. I have read on another site that if I get advance funding its not like a loan yet I have to pay back the money. Can you please explain to me what exactly this means? I’m a bit confused. I appreciate your help thank you.

Defective Product Lawsuit

I was searching the internet the other day about faulty products and defective products. I took a bad fall due to a defective chair I purchased about 3 months ago. The chair leg collapsed and I went flying off the chair and hit the ground. I sprained my leg and also broke my pinky finger when I tried to brace myself. I am searching for an attorney and probably will be looking for a lawsuit cash advance sometime in the near future because I’ve been out of work for about a week because I’m a construction worker and can’t do my job. Do you have any lawyers you can recommend that handle defective product lawsuits? I know its a faulty chair because I saw it was recalled. I live in New Mexico.

Defective Product Case Legal Funding

I’m searching for some answers regarding legal funding for defective product cases. In my situation I’ve found that the company that developed the product is having finanical troubles and I’m affraid the company will go out of business before my settlement is actually reached. I’m also concerned that my attorney will not work quick enough in order to get me money. I’m not too sure if this type of funding has anything to do with the financial stability of a company and if I apply and the company does go out of business before I can pay back the loan with a possible settlement will I have to pay it back with my own money? I live in San Antonio Texas.

Settlement Advance for a Defective Product

I’ve identified a defective / faulty product on your recall site. Thank you for providing that information. I am now considering signing up for a settlement advance while I get the ball rolling on my side. My question is what do I need to do in order to give me the best shot of getting a settlement advance? Can you briefly explain what the process is and how to go about putting me in the best possible position in getting a settlement advance. Thank you

Lawsuit funding for a burn injury from product

I purchased a product I saw on the other site from your recalls. I’ve not hired a lawyer yet and but I did return the product. I received minor burns on my arm and burned off part of my hair on top of my head but no damage to my head. I understand there is some sort of program that is in place with your company for defective products and that if I qualify for funding I can get money before my case reaches a settlement. Can I apply online here and get the attorney information over to your company once I’ve hired my lawyer or what should we do. I would like to do the application now so its quicker to get the money once I hire my lawyer thank you.

Defective Product & Lawsuit Loans

I’m hearing that they won’t accept my case because defective product litigation is very tough and usually they turn into class action lawsuit cases. My understanding is that the case unless you have lawyers won’t provide lawsuit loans. My suggestion to your company would be to provide funding to everyday people that have cases like defective product liability cases even without having to hire an attorney. This is because its hard enough to get money from these companies and when you do your attorney will want his cut and without the attorney involved your company and other lawsuit funding companies that provide loans for defective product lawsuits will eventually make more money. This is just my take on the whole scenario and thank you for listening!
