Employment discrimination is very prominent and one must understand if they’ve been discriminated against in the workplace they can take legal action against the employer. There are thousands of employees each year that file employment discrimination suits against their employers for various reasons. Some of these people may have lost their jobs and as a result mounting bills and the threat of financial disaster awaits them. As one of the leaders in providing lawsuit funding services for commercial litigation disputes, LawLeaf works with plaintiffs whom are currently involved or recently settled claims for employment discrimination lawsuits.

Loan For Employee Rights and Accident

I am involved in two separate lawsuits.  I was in an accident and as a result have lost my job. I reside in Wisconsin. I hired an accident lawyer who is handling the personal injury side of my case and another lawyer who is handling the employee rights side of the lawsuit.  I was in an accident last year and as a result I’ve not been able to perform my tasks as well as needed at my last job. I asked to be transferred to another position because while I’m not fully disabled, I can’t perform 100% of my job duty. Instead of finding another job title or job for me they fired me. I met with my manager at the time of the firing and he explained the company had decided to go a different direction and my current job with the company was being dissolved (B.S). I asked him if it was anything to do with my request and his response was we are dissolving your position.  I spoke to a lawyer and he said while Wisconsin is an at will state they can fire me because I’m disabled (or just a little).

I have two active lawsuits and I’m trying to figure out which of the lawsuits I can borrow money against. I would like to have your input on my situation and let me know if your company would be more comfortable loaning me money for the personal injury side or the employee right lawsuit? What should I apply for?

Personal Injury Discrimination Lawsuit

I am going to court for a personal injury discrimination suit because of my relationship preferences. I was let go from my job last year. I have a friend of mine that worked with me that is going to testify on behalf of me. She is a good friend of mine and the company was unaware that we would talk after work all the time. They told her that they let me go because I was a disruption to the workplace because I was too “flamboyant” and the company workers would complain. I believe that I will win my case. I am currently employed by a much better company right now that has true values and they don’t care about my personal activities. The only problem is that I can’t keep up with my bills right now because I took a pay decrease from my last job. I am expected to get a raise after my year review but that is way to long. I applied with your company for a loan over the weekend. I would like to know the status of my application and exactly how long do you think it will take before I can get the advance? I also talked to my attorney today and he said they were contacted by someone from your company and they are faxing over the information today.

Discrimination & Wrongful Termination Lawsuit Loan

I am searching for a lawsuit loan for a discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuit the is pending. It has not yet reached a settlement. Read below and tell me if this is the sort of case you could provide funding for at this time.

I worked for a national company and have been for the last 7 years. Over the course of my employment I had been harassed by several of the higher employees of the company. I am a single woman and was being harassed by several of the high ranking company heads. When I started to complain to the human resource department they suggested I take a needed vacation and when I return things would be back to normal and the problem would go away. My position requires me to check emails and do follow-up even sometimes when I’m on vacation. As a sales executive for this company I have met my quarterly and annual quotas 6 out of the 7 years, the first year I didn’t hit my number although I was close. Around the 3rd day of my vacation I was able to hop over to an Internet cafe that had Internet connection and to my surprise I could not log into my email which means I couldn’t do some quick follow-ups. When I called back to the office they told me that they were having problems with the email server and no one was able to access emails without being in the office. I tried logging back in for 2 consecutive days and yet again no access.

I came back to work the very next week to find out they fired me without any reason at all. When I went into the office my stuff was piled up at the front of the office in a box. I had a lot of other personal stuff such as my personal lists and all my business cards that were gone. They even cleared out all my contacts within my email system, some of which were personal contacts. One of the company heads escorted me out of the office and insisted I have no contact with anyone else in the company. He told me if I would call back into the office that they would file charges of harassment against me. When I asked him about my lists and personal contacts he insisted they were company property. He gave me no other explanation of why I was fired just that I wasn’t allowed on the premises of the property or have contact with any other employees within the company.

I hired an attorney and we’ve filed both a discrimination and wrongful discharge lawsuit against the company. We are suing them for a good bit of money because they are not even paying me my commissions from late last year as they are suggesting that I didn’t close the business which is completely false. I am searching for a company that can provide a pre settlement loan for both the two seperate charges of wrongful termination and discrimination.

Discrimination at my workplace

I was wrongfully terminated due to my sexual preferences. I have been open about who I am and was from the start. The owners of my previous company seem to always be a little uncomfortable around me. I did my job well and I always met my immediate time frames for production. I filed a lawsuit for discrimination purposes about 2 months ago. My attorney has advised me to continue with my case and not to settle this out of court. I had a high paying job with a firm in Chicago. I understand this business well and I’m searching for a competitive rate for lawsuit funding. I can forward you my case documents or you can talk to my attorney. I have advised my attorney I will be sending my case to a litigation financing company. I have worked with your company in the past for several other people however I never knew the outcome of any of the cases. Please let me know if you handle discrimination cases and if your lenders can provide lawsuit loans for these types of cases. I appreciate your immediate feedback pertaining to this issue.
