Dog Bites
Cash Advance for a pit bull attack
I was recently injured in my wrist and my arm after a pit bull attacked me. I’ve not yet hired a lawyer but really I’m in need of a cash advance before my lawsuit will come up. As I’m reading through your site I see that some people that are applying or at least it looks like don’t have a lawyer yet. I’m not sure if this will make a difference on whether I will qualify for a lawsuit cash advance or not. I also live in West Virginia and see your company assists people in W.V. that have personal injury cases. I have some reports from the police and I’ve taken pictures of my scars and wounds from the bite.
Dog Bite Case out of Texas Dallas
I have a dog bite case out of Dallas. I am getting sued by a woman. My dog bit the woman in the hip and now she is suing me and because I have no insurance I have to go to court. I don’t have money for a lawyer and want to know if a company would be willing to loan me money to help pay for my legal fees. I’m not sure if this is something that you can help me out with but I really would like to know if it could be possible.
BTW- My dog didn’t attack her on her property. She was walking fairly close to my home and my dog got off the leash because he probably thought she was going to come on our property.
Dog Bite Injury and Compensation
I have hired an attorney for a dog bite case and I was attacked by a pitbull and so was my dog which is a puppy. We are suing the property owner for damages because his dog got off the leash and there was no one to stop the dog from biting me. When I finally got a hold of the dog as it had its mouth around my dog I pinned the dog to the ground and yelled for help. The owner of the dog came running out of his property and grabbed the dog up and yelled at me. He said that I was on his property and that the dog was only protecting him. The leash was torn from the ground and I was wrapped up in the chain. Does this seem right and what can you make of this case? I am living in Los Angeles California.
Animal Attack Lawsuit Loan
My brother was attacked by a Chow dog coming out of his home the other day. He lives in a very shady part of town and many of his neighbors let there animals roam without a leash. He hired a lawyer to get money out of the apartment complex because the dog was larger than the size they allow and they never did anything about it because the dog belonged to the maintenance guy and I guess they didn’t want to make him mad. I have read on other sites that many lawsuit loan company’s won’t give money for animal attacks because many of the people that own vicious dogs don’t have money to get. I think this is a little different but can you confirm.
Money for dog bites
I’m reading over this site and I see nothing about lawsuit cash advances for dog bites. Can you please let me know if your company will be willing to fund a dog bite?
