Financial Malpractice
Loan for Pending Lawsuit
I need a loan for a pending lawsuit that I have against a financial institution. The claim is for financial malpractice. Essentially my advisor was more than negligent with my financial savings and investments. The lawsuit was filed well before the financial meltdown that we are going through right now. I have lost a very large portion of my savings including stocks, bonds, 401K and several other investments. My portfolio is in the tank and my investments have been squandered. After my accountant took a further look into my financials (he’s a very good friend of mine) he recognized some serious inconsistencies which placed suspicions into this financial company. We contacted my advisor to find out he had left the company unannounced and furthermore he is nowhere to be found. This raised some serious red flags. After a conversation with his boss we realized that there was something majorily wrong and we immediately contacted a malpractice lawyer. Needless to say there is some issues on how my money was being invested and what exactly was being investmented. There were trades that were never authorized by me (the way my account was set) and monies that had disappeared. My attorney is tenacious at heart and fully understands the importance of getting my money back in a timely manner although this hasn’t been the case. We are locked in a chess match with this group and they are pulling their money strings to force us out of this lawsuit. As a result I’m searching for an abnormal advance while this is taking place. I understand this may be a strange question but what is the maximum amount of money you can provide for a financial malpractice lawsuit? I need well over a hundred thousand right now and hoping this isn’t out of the ball park. I can’t seem to find anyone who handle financial malpractice loans until I found your site on the Internet and do see you provide this type of service to your clients.
Lawsuit Funding for a Financial Malpractice Case
Just like this title I’m looking for litigation funding for a financial malpractice lawsuit. The company should have had a fiduciary responsibility in providing me and my clients with accurate and honest information regarding my funds. The investment firm failed miserably and a lawsuit has been filed on behalf of my attorney in the misappropriation of funds from my account. My lawsuit has been filed by an attorney that takes on New York Wall Street financial companies. I find the case less than appealing as my reputation in my line of work has diminished to sub zero. The lawsuit is being filed against this financial institution on behalf of both myself and several others. While not in tuned with the legal ramifications do understand this is a multi-million dollar lawsuit that has been filed. I am looking for a lawsuit advancement in or around a million dollars. I will apply online with your company only if you can tell me that you can help me get this type of funding for my case. I understand it will depend on the case but I’m more interested in the dollar amount. I’m not sure if your company has the financial backing in getting me the amount of money needed.
Fast Lawsuit Funding Loan
I applied online tonight with LawLeaf for a quick turnaround time as advertised on your site. I have yet to receive a phone call from your lender. I really need the money and my case is strong enough to get a loan. It is Saturday and I’m not sure if you can or will look at my case now or will I get someone calling me first thing on Monday. My case is out of South Dakota and its a financial malpractice lawsuit.
Thank you for your help at this time
Difference between types of funding
I am going to sign up for lawsuit funding using Law Leaf but I’m a little confused on which type of funding option to use and I don’t want my application to be denied because of that. Can you tell me the difference between commercial litigation or pre settlement funding? Maybe easier is that I have a case involving me and my financial adviser. This is a financial malpractice suit.
Lawsuit funding for a financial malpractice suit
I am searching for a company that provides financial malpractice lawsuit funding. I have hired an attorney several months ago and we have an active lawsuit against the company that once representing my financial portfolio. I’ve had a very hard time finding a company that would be willing to at least look at my case. I would be very interested in knowing if you can provide funding for these types of cases.
