Law Firm Loans
Funding For Connecticut Attorney
I work for an attorney that is handling a multi-million dollar lawsuit on behalf of his client. We are searching for financing options on this case. I’m not too sure how this process works so let me give you a little incite on the case. It is a personal injury client that has been with the firm for about 10 months. We have gone through the intial negotiation stages of the suit. The client and our attorney is fighting for close to 5 million in damages against this company. At the start of the month the case looked like it was going to reach a settlement a little less than what we anticipated however in the last minutes the deal was taken off the table. The firm is a well established firm with great credit however the amount in the cash reserve to continue litigation for this case is running low considering the attorney has taken this case on a contingency fee basis. We are searching for a company that will make a contribution to this case prior to the hearing. The money will be used to help through the litigation ie. hearings process as well as potential paycheck distributions to our employees. We are hoping to get a little insite on how to proceed with this process and also how your company could help us through this process. We would rather borrow money against the case rather than an all out business loan. Can you please provide me with a little more information on how your company could help us through this process?
Case Line of Credit for Attorney
I’m working for a personal injury attorney and he has asked me to look into lawsuit funding companies that provide lines of credit for law firms for a pending PI case. He has been in a heated battle over a wrongful death case and he wants to apparently take it to the “next level” as he puts it. He is looking for a substantial amount of money. I read over several excerpts from different sites tonight but still a little unclear on exactly how he could get approved for a loan. I have worked directly with two other lawsuit funding companies none of which provide attorney funding. We have gone out in the past and got funding for several plaintiffs. When I came across your site I see that your company does provide lines of credit to attorneys so I’m hoping you can answer this question. We also would like to know if you can get us an advancement by the end of business next week. I understand with the holidays coming up some company’s may not be doing business but realize this is very important to him. If you could throw in exactly how much money your company would be able to advance that would also be very helpful as well.
In any event when you respond to my question I have put my email address for a response back. Feel free to email me the answer to this question or use the URL at the end of the email to look up the attorney’s information. I am the only paralegal for the firm. Please ask for Kelly. Thank you for your time.
Financing a Lawsuit in Illinois
I work for an attorney that has prompted me to investigate financing for a lawsuit (personal injury) in Chicago, Illinois. The attorney that I work for is a personal injury lawyer in IL. He is litigating a case right now on behalf of a client for a wrongful death suit. Without going in detail about the case its worth over a million dollars or more for the plaintiff if successful. By the looks of your website I see that you have services set up for personal injury funding and commercial litigation funding for plaintiffs. Can you tell me if your firm also offers services related to attorney borrowing or financing a case against a large entity? I am looking for a company that would be willing to finance a rather large case and also interested in the cost of such service. I will provide my email address below for your convenience. If this isn’t the sort of question you get please email me back and let me know your answer. We’ve looked at several other options and quite frankly the rates were a little high for his liking.
