Lawsuit Cash Advance
Bellevue, WA Lawsuit Advance
I live in Bellevue, Washington and considering a lawsuit advance for a personal injury case. I spoke to my lawyer last week about possibly recommending a company to work with me through this process. He admitted he seldomly has clients who try to get lawsuit cash advances but did tell me about this site here. He told me to post a question regarding different companies I should apply with and I’m doing so right now. Can you give me a list of different companies that provide lawsuit cash advances in Bellevue, WA? I would like to begin applying with a couple.
Another Cash Advance for a Pre Settlement
I’ve already gotten one cash advance for my case and I’m looking to possibly get another if I can. At the time I got my first legal cash advance I didn’t realize exactly how long it would take. I got the advancement from a company that did the pre settlement advancement services. My case is in an appeals process now and I’m hoping to get a little more out of this case before it settles. My compensation is very large and my first advancement was not so much money. I really need the money right now and would like to pull an additional amount over and beyound my first advancement. Can you company provide or does any of your lenders fall into my situation?
fed ex ground
fed ex ground is involved in a nationwide class action suit where as they (fedex) keeps losing while they go up the ladder. It looks like they will settle sometime sooner than later. Waiting is frustrating. I was wondering if this is something I could get an advance on? Please let me know either way
My Lawyer isn’t cooperating
My lawyer is not cooperating with your lenders at all. I signed up for a cash advance last week and Law Leaf had two lenders contact him within an hour apart, so he says. He told me that I would be foolish to consider a lawsuit cash advance because they have high interest rates. When I explained to him I don’t have any other options and I need the money to help pay for bills, he wouldn’t cooperate. He is the same lawyer that told me not to settle my case last month because I haven’t been cleared by my therapist for my injury. I feel fine and I told him that I would be also fine if I was put in a situation of taking a little less money. While ultimately its my decision I decided to move forward with his recommendation. I told him yesterday that I was going to take the offer and now he came back and said he would be fine talking to your company, however, he only wants to talk with one lender. I am the case from Hawaii and I asked a question on this site last week. Can you just have one lender contact him so I can get this moving in the right direction?
Large lawsuit cash advances
I have close to a million dollar settlement I’m waiting on right now. The settlement is going to take place sometime next month. I’m not in a financial position in which I need lawsuit funding but I am in a position to put a down payment on a home I really want to buy. I see you have several people on this site that have gotten or getting lawsuit cash advances for a few thousand dollars here or there but do you lenders provide larger lawsuit cash advances in the $200,000’s range? I am only looking for serious companies willing to look on my case. My attorney is fine with releasing the required case documents for my case but would rather not have it a bull race and thats why you are the first company I’m contacting. One or two lenders would be preferred. Also how quickly could you turn it around?
Los Angeles Lawsuit Funding Company
I live in Los Angeles California and I’m looking for lawsuit funding. My attorney suggested I speak with Law Leaf regarding a lawsuit cash advance. My case involves a car accident that occurred because someone fell asleep at the wheel. The accident occurred on route 101. I’ve had this case open with my attorney for several months now and he is suggesting that we take the case to the next step since the insurance company will not agree to our financial terms. I would like additional information on those lenders who provide lawsuit funding in Los Angeles. Will I have the opportunity to sit down with a lender and talk to them about my financial position in hopes of getting the best deal to fit my needs or is this done via a telephone call? I also am very unfamiliar with this process. I would like to request an amount but have the ability to come back for additional money if the case continues to linger. I will need the money to help pay for rent because I’ve not been able to presume work because of car issues and medical issues. I am an hourly wage earner so everyday I’m out of work is a day I don’t receive a paycheck.
Pending Lawsuit Cash Advance
I have a pending lawsuit and I really will need a cash advance over the next month. I have many bills to pay and because my lawsuit is a rather large sum of money and the case was filed only months ago the chances of me getting any sort of check from the insurance company is not going to happen anytime soon. While I was surfing the web tonight I came across your website. I have a question regarding rates. I’ve looked at several companies and I see there is a rate fluctation between companies. I’m not sure how to view this but can I say that each company has totally different rates and these are not similar to something like a bank loan? I just want to be clear before a presue a cash advance with one of your lenders. I live in North Dakota.
Missouri Cash Advances
I live in St. Louis Missouri and I’m searching for a company that can provide a cash advance in my state. I was walking in a department store just last week when I slipped and fell in the backroom where you try items on. The floor was an absolute mess and when I went into one of the dressing rooms I slipped and hurt myself from the impact of the fall. I’ve already hired an attorney and we are actively filing suit against the store. I would like to know if I can now apply for a lawsuit cash advance now or should I wait until the case goes further? When is the right time to sign up for a lawsuit cash advance? This is a slip and fall case.
Vermont Lawsuit Cash Advances
I live and go to school in Vermont. I am a college student and I was in an accident a few months back. My attorney that I hired which is a personal injury attorney told me that I could get a pre settlement cash advance from a company like Law Leaf. I have been still going to school but I lost my job because of the accident. I am now in a position in which I need money to pay for books and food for my next semester. Am I or will I qualify for a lawsuit cash advance if I live in Vermont? I think there are a few states which don’t allow this type of funding and this is the fist time I will apply for a cash advance of any sort.
Miami Lawsuit Cash Advance Lenders
I live in Florida Miami and I need a lawsuit funding advance to help pay for my bills. I was in a car accident last spring with my friend and he was heading out for the night when we got into the accident. The car hit his side and he was badly injured and I was injured as well. We both are fighting for compensation with an attorney here in Miami. When I asked him if I could get money before the case was going to settle he told me no because he wasn’t allowed to give me money before the case reached settlement. He mentioned to me your company name in passing and told me to contact your company. I went ahead and filled out a lawsuit cash advance application on the other site on Saturday. I have not yet heard back from one of your lenders regarding my case. I am wanting to talk to someone as soon as possible because my bills are piling up. My attorney told me that we are in a good position to win my case but it could take several months before I can get my money. Please reply and let me know how long it will take for my application to get in front of one of your lenders.
Injury case caused by a car
I live in Long Beach California and I was hit by a car pulling out of a mall parking lot. I was riding my mountain bike when the car came up a small hill and slammed into me while I was crossing over to the other side of the curb. I’ve hired an attorney to help me get compensation for the damages to my bike and minor injuries to my wrist and my arm. I’ve contacted a few lawsuit funding companies and they told me because the injury wasn’t catastrophic meaning broken bones or head injuries that they could provide me with a lawsuit cash advance. I’m asking you if to please follow up with me regarding this issue. I have lost several days of work and because I’m on an hourly rate at work I don’t have a current form of wages coming into my household. I’ve already signed up with your online application.
Lawsuit Cash advance in Forth Worth for Accident
I’m searching for a company in the Fort Worth Texas area that can give me a lawsuit cash advance for an accident I had last year. I’m in the beginning stages of filing a lawsuit against a company that I was involved in an accident. I’ve already gotten a lawyer here in Fort Worth and the lawyer specializes in injury cases in TX. I am looking to get about 50% of my case up front to help me pay for stuff that I owe money on right now. I’m not too sure if your company can provide or has companies that provide lawsuit cash advances in Fort Worth. If you would be so kind to please email me and let me know if service this general area in Texas that would be great. You can email me at ###. Also if it would help you I can also fill out an application if that is what you need me to do. I would like to get the lawsuit cash advance as soon as possible.
Cash advance for car crash
I live in St. Louis and I was in a car crash across state lines. I am not sure what the laws are regarding cash advances for car crashes outside of the state in which you live in. If my accident didn’t happen in Missouri and I’m still eligible for a cash advance even though I don’t live in the same state it happened? If so how long does it take to get a cash advance from these lenders once you apply?
Turnaround time
what is the turnaround time to secure a lawsuit cash advance with Law Leaf? Is there a period of time such as a probation period of some sorts or could you just loan the money right away. How does it work?
lawsuit cash advance settlements
If I decide to apply for a lawsuit cash advance settlement how much time will it take to get the money that i submit for? My case is very fundable and while I’ve never signed up for a lawsuit cash advance settlement my attorney told me I should not have any problem getting the settlement advance for my case because the negligence of my case has already been determined and the type of case is the cases that most of your companies will fund. I’m looking specifically for time frames and thank you for answering my question it will really help to determine if and when I should look to do this.
Final Steps lawsuit cash advance
I am in my final steps of getting compensation out of a car accident case in Arizona. We are looking for another -1-2 months before i get the money from the insurance company. My check is going to be substantial and my attorney will take his cut and there will be plenty left over. I know there is something you can do for cases that haven’t reached settlement but does your company offer lawsuit cash advances for a case that has reached settlement but the money won’t come for another couple of months and are the rates a little better. I looked at getting a lawsuit cash advance from a company earlier this year and the rates were a little higher so I thought they may be a little less because our case is won. I really appreciate a quick reply and I really need the money.
