Request for Financing Million Dollar Settlement
I have a very large personal injury case that we are about to settle. My attorney and I have come to agreement with the company to settle this case without having to go through the whole legal process required for many of these cases. This is a med mal case wrapped around a wrongful death suit. We are finalizing the deal and my attorney tells me that payment will probably not get to me soon enough. I have a financial dilemma and unfortunately I can’t wait another couple of months before the money is owed is received. I am contacting your company as a referral from my attorney understanding that you’ve funded several other malpractice suits for him. When I asked him about the payout and rates he told me they are higher than a standard loan because you only pay it back if you win. Fully understanding my suit and knowing now that we will come to an agreement on a number I would like more information on the following - How long would it take for you company to approve my loan? How do the rates work for cases that have already been settled but money isn’t yet in the clients hand? What types of guarantees can your company make to me that my case will get funded by your company? I would also like to know if you would consider this a high risk case although the case is going into the final settlement mode. I am a little unfamiliar with these processes and was hoping you could give me a little more information regarding my questions.
How Much Money for a Lawsuit Loan
I will explain my case and please tell me how much money I can get for a lawsuit loan. Involved in a medical malpractice suit for mis managing medication and taking a wrong prescription. My doctor wrote a prescription for a medication for a problem that I’m having and have been having for some time. I am very prone to medications and this was really the first time I’ve decided to be on a prescription for any length of time. My doctor wrote the script and sent it off to be filled at a pharmacy. To be quite honest I really have no idea of what I was taking just that it should do what it is meant to do. I was to take two tablets until the bottle ran out and it was a 2 bottle prescription meaning once I take the medication and its out I can go back and get another bottle filled. I went through the first bottle in a month and nothing was really working but something was seriously wrong. I began bleeding in areas which I won’t say. I went ahead and started taking the second phase of the presciption and again the bleeding continued and was even worse. I called my doctor around the 15 of last month. He asked me to come in and he would re evaluate my situation etc. When I told him that ever since I began taking the prescription the new problem began. When I met with him he asked me if I was on any other medications outside of what he prescribed and obviously I wasn’t. Come to find out they had written up the prescription wrong and as a result I’ve been taking the wrong medication for almost two months. I was absolutely livid and without delay I hired a medical malpractice attorney. I understand that these sorts of lawsuits are hard to win but it seems that I have a really good chance here because the medication that they prescribed really messed me up badly. As a result my initial diagnosis has gotten worse and with the wrong medication being pumped into me its twice as bad. Chances are the lawsuit will probably not settle. Based upon your experience how much money could I get for a lawsuit loan for this lawsuit?
Medical Negligence Claim Settlement Loan Option
I’ve filed a medical negligence claim and searching for a settlement loan and would like to know my options. The claim is more of a clinical negligence claim and the lawsuit is actively being pursued by a medical malpractice attorney out of Washington, DC. My attorney and I both feel like we have a solid case against the practitioner but the insurance company believes other wise. I was informed by my attorney that the claim is going to end up in court. This means that if I get any sort of compensation for my injury that it will take another several months at least, because the case will not be heard until then. My attorney tells me that without an exact trial date there is no telling how long this case could linger. This leads me here to your site. I’m really in financial dispair and I’m seeking a settlement loan against future compensation from my case.
I consulted with my attorney and I’m aware that there are many different types of options when considering a settlement loan in the realm of a cash advance. This means I could apply for a larger settlement loan or a smaller settlement loan based upon my financial need but understanding not over or beyound the value of my case. I would like to end this case today but there is no way that is going to happen. I am also told by some of my collegues that medical malpractice lawsuits are very hard to win even if you have good evidence because of the laws that protects these professionals ie. doctors, nurses & clinical staff. I would like to know my options when it comes to how much money I would be able to get against my case.
This is obviously a pre settlement application.
Lawsuit Loan Medical Malpractice Dispute
I am searching for a reputable company willing to work with me. I am in a middle of a medical malpractice dispute and searching for a very large lawsuit loan. I have applied with another company and was approved for a lawsuit loan but unfortuantely its not the amount I need. I called the company back and they told me they were at the max amount they could provide. They were willing to advance me about 5% of my case. This will leave me about $20,000 short of the amount I need right now.
When I asked the company why they couldn’t provide me with the amount of money I needed they really couldn’t give me a solid answer. I’m not sure its because times are tough or that the company has a ceiling on how much they can loan but no matter the situation, I’m not going to get a lawsuit loan from them.
I would rather not continue to do this on my own as its bogged down much of my time and I just don’t know who the best company to provide me with the lawsuit loan is at this time. I don’t have the time to continue down this path so I’m asking if your company would be willing to look at my case? I haven’t shut the door on the other company but certainly would like to have a second opinion from a company like Law Leaf.
Without having me go through this process again, does this sound like a case that Law Leaf would be willing to look at? It has already been approved by one company so I’m assuming it will get approved by others. I would like more than only 5% of the case.
Advancement Settlement Services Albany
I applied with several settlement cash advancement services this past week and have been unable to get someone to look at my case. I have a medical malpractice lawsuit against a hospital in my area. I was involved in a misdiagnosis and as a result I’m not in great health right now. My lawsuit was filed about a month ago and we are still going through the fact findings but one thing is for sure the doctor that I was working with certainly was negligent in the way he treated me. I’ve hired a lawyer in Albany that is working on my case as I pay if I win which is one of the requirements for each of the companies that I applied with last week. I received one call stating that my case was too premature and haven’t received another call from the other two companies. I understand that these cases can take a lot of time but I feel that I have a solid case and there is plenty of evidence in my corner to find the doctor guilty of med malpractice. I spoke to my lawyer today and he passed along this website to me and told me to ask the question here. He like me is very unfamiliar with the whole lawsuit funding cash advance services out there and I’m just searching for an answer. If you could explain this process to me and also if I may qualify using your company I would really appreciate it. If there is any additional information that I need to give to you I will respond back to my question. Thanks a lot in advance.

Med Mal Case
I live in Detroit, Michigan and I’m going through litigation for a med mal case some 5 years ago. My case was filed over 3 years ago. The company is fighting us on the amount of compensation we are requesting. I have a lot into this case and without a steady income coming in, I’m pretty much in bad shape. I know that your company can provide lawsuit funding for med mal cases but I would like to know since the case has been going on for so long will it effect my chances of getiting a cash advance against my case?
Funding Million Dollar Lawsuit
I have a medical Malpractice / Wrongful death case which is a multi-million dollar lawsuit. This is for pre settlement funding as the case has not yet reached a settlement. I am considering a structured settlement if and when I win this case. For now though I’m searching for a way to pull some of the money out of this case. I am looking for a significant lawsuit cash advance against the case. My attorney has advised me against pulling money out of the case this far along. While I understand his concerns I am in the middle of a real estate transaction and really could use the extra money. My attorney will disclose my case documents to the right lender. I would like to interview several of your lenders before giving them access to my attorney. My attorney is extremely busy with my case and others and has asked for an interview process by me prior to speaking with him. Can you please let me know if this is possible? I would like to set up a call sometime next week for which ever lender or lenders you think I should consider. I would like to work with your company. Prior to applying with your company, I would just like some sort of confirmation from your company.
Alaska Legal Financing Laws
I was told that Alaska’s laws for legal financing is different than some of the other states? Can you let me know if I have a personal injury case pending and live in Alaska could I get a loan or not? If so would you be able to look at a case involving malpractice?
Lawsuit Settlement Loan
I am an attorney for a client that is searching for a lawsuit settlement loan. My firm represents this client in a medical malpractice lawsuit. The client has a financial issue that could result in a foreclosure along with falling deeper into debt. I have never used a lawsuit funding service in the past and would like to confirm that your company would be willing to offer a non-recourse loan to my client? My firm is located in Topeka, Kansas but my clients case is out of Utah. We have already filed a lawsuit against the company and we readily have case documents for his case. What is the typical time frame from the application process until the client gets funded?
Legal cash advance in Hawaii
Case involves a medical malpractice suit in Hawaii. We filed the case around 9 months ago. The amount of time it is going to take to close out this case could be another year or so. My attorney suggested if I really needed money, I could take a look at legal advances to hold me over. This is a million plus suit and I’m looking to secure around $100,000 in pre settlement funding. This means I will need a company that can be very competitive with my rates because this is a substantial amount of money I will be requesting. Does LawLeaf take case applications for medical malpractice advancements in Hawaii and if you do how quickly will you have a lender assigned to my case?
Possible Medical Malpractice
Hello..I am a 63 year old single gentleman on SSI disability. My weight got
up to 350lbs (@ 6′ tall) during the summer of 2007, so in June of that year
I decided to have lapband implanted into my fat body..everything went
smoothly and I lost 122 lbs. the first year.
Well in July of this year I had noticed that i WAS AT A STAND STILL. I
went into the Doctors office for my monthly adjustment( a fill always a
fill). after 30 days and no significant weight loss I asked for another fill
and got it, still no noticeble loss for next 30 days.I told the nurse that I
was always hungry(Just as I was pre-op)I also explaind that I was capable of
eating more then I think that I should beable to eat.She gave me extra cc’s
of saline she said..next 30 the same results.Nurse usually always did it but
next 2 visits were by the surgeon who did the implant.Well after his last
fill a couple days later I felt some odd stomach pains here and there and
every where. At the time I didn’t think much of it because my older brother
and I have a small automotive hobby shop and I use muscles that have been
dormant for awhile.Well after a few more days I notice a swelling and pain
where the injection port is located.I contacted the nurse and she wanted me
to come in sometime soon so she could take a look at it. Then the next day
the pain seemed to have subsided a considrable ammount and some swelling
seemed to have diminished. so I emailed her and explained and we both
decided to just hold off awhile and keep an eye on it.
Well when Friday night of that week came around I knew I was in
trouble. The pain became intense ( Definately a 10 on scale) And the lump
became about the size of a baseball. So after surviving the weekend I called
the Doctors office 1st thing Monday 10/13/08,receptionist said that my Doc
was in surgery and that special nurse was out of town servicing patients in
another office. The receptionist said she could pull my file and have someone
else call me and I said fine.I was in bed all day waiting and call never
came? Next day had a hard time as I had been eating Tylenol like crazy, slept
allot,I emailed the nurse at her home later that day(Tuesday 10/14/08) She
replied with GET IN HERE NOW!!!!! So I did.It was so badly infected,it also
had breached (Large hole)my stomach wall. There was blood, pus and you name
it,inside of my stomach and my body so consquently they removed it.
QUESTION is do I have a viable lawsuit and what is it worth? I am so
depressed and now gaining my weight back! Thankyou
Lawsuit Loans in Kentucky
I have a personal injury case that is pending right now and has been for several months and I need a lawsuit loan. My attorney told me about your company and told me if I decided to get a lawsuit loan to contact Law Leaf. I am doing so now but before I decide to sign up can you let me know if you have lenders that provide the type of loans that would allow me not to pay them back if I lose my case? My personal injury case was filed in Kentucky. This is for a medical malpractice case in the event you need to know.
Medical Malpractice Settlement Loan
I am searching for additional information for a medical malpractice settlement loan. I live in Washington D.C. and I was misdiagnosed on two different occasions by the same doctor in the hospital. I’ve never filed a lawsuit until last summer when I hired a Med Mal attorney in the DC area who took my case and is fighting for compensation so I can get paid for the unfortuante circumstance. As the result of the misdiagnosis I’ve been bed ridden, out of work and my home foreclosed on me a few months ago. The case is worth a very large some of cash. When I was approached by a family member last week I was told that I could pull money out of my case even before a settlement or reward was given to me. I have never applied for lawsuit funding before and I would like to know the following: If I were to get a settlement loan for my case would I have to pay them starting month one meaning do I have to pay the money before I get money out of my case? Is there a set or standard fee for settlement loans? What are the basic rates your lenders charge for medical malpractice cases in Washington D.C.? How quickly would I be approved and what information would you need from me to get the process started.
Settlement Loans in Montana
I was injured and my personal injury case is out of Montana. I was involved in an accident in Helena. I am now seeking a settlement loan for several reasons but foremost because I’m out of work and currently receiving unemployment checks that barely cover my cost of living. I’m not sure if your company can provide settlement loans out of Montana so please let me know if this is something you may be able to help me out with at this time. This is a medical malpractice suit filed due to a birth injury when I had my kid almost 8 months ago and has been filed a while back.
Michigan Legal Funding
The accident happened in Lansing Michigan. I live in Columbus Ohio. I was involved in an accident about 3 months ago. My attorney told me that I could borrow money against my case but he said that the company will charge me a fee to do so and the fee could be more than a regular loan. I was told that if I live in Ohio I can’t get lawsuit funding for my case but because the accident happened in Michigan that maybe I can although I’m not for certain about Ohio. I’m not too sure how the whole process works so can you let me know if my accident happened in Michigan will I qualify for a lawsuit cash avance? I’m assuming because the accident happened in MI that it probably really doesn’t matter where I live but would like confirmation regarding this issue. This is a medical malpractice suit after I received burn injuries to my leg.
Cash advances due to birth complications
Complications after having birth. I think its more of a medical malpractice cash advance but it happened after I gave birth to my child. Horrible experience and medicine mishap caused excessive bleeding. I’m a single parent and I’ve been unable to work over the past month. I’m not doing great because I have no other way to help pay for my bills. I’ve hired a lawyer to handle my case. I live in New York. Do I apply for this through medical malpractice advances or birth injury since its an injury that occurred due to birth.
