Settlement Advances in Wisconsin

I have a unique situation that involved me to hire an attorney. I have a lawsuit against a company for a patent infringement. I first hired an attorney on an hourly rate but now I’ve got one hired on a contingency fee. When I applied for a settlement advance several months ago the company told me because of the attorney situation of hourly rate I wouldn’t be able to qualify. When I took my case to another attorney here in Madison, WI he was very interested in my case. I didn’t have the money to continue down the path of an hourly rate. I am now having to get a settlement advance and would like to know if your company works with lenders in provide settlement advances for patent infringement cases.
