Settlement Advance in Cleveland
My brother was arrested last year and is filing a false imprisonment in Cleveland. He was detained for several months on a charge that he never did and lost his job and reputation along with several months of being locked up. My brother has always been and always has been an upstanding citizen and father of 2. His life has been turned up side down as a result. When he was released after they figured out who really did the crime (convict admitted to it) they gave him a pat on the back and released him. He never thought about filing a lawsuit until I got involved. We have hired a very good lawyer in the Cleveland area who is taking the case. Due to this unfortunate circumstance and without a job to fall back on we are searching for a good company that can provide a settlement advance against this lawsuit. I understand by looking at a lot of different options your company is probably most suitable to at least look into this and hopefully get us funding. I have contacted my brother to sign up for the advance with your company and would like to know from the time he applied with your company how quickly can you get an advance against this case. I know its a case by case situation but this is certainly a little more unique and I’m not sure if this is something we can even do but assuming so. If you could just give a quick answer to my question I would really appreciate it.
Lawsuit Advance Loans in Dallas
I am living in Dallas and I’m looking for a company that can help me get a lawsuit advance loan for my legal case. I was in a motor vehicle accident and I just hired an attorney about 2 months ago. My attorney has been working with me but I feel like he isn’t moving this process along quick enough. I feel like this process of getting money out of the insurance company is taking way to long. I was considering hiring another attorney but a friend of mine told me that this is typical when dealing with these types of lawsuits. I am really hurting financially and I really need some help. When I spoke to my attorney on Tuesday and expressed my frustrations and told him that I am considering settling the case, he suggested I think twice about accepting an offer worth less than what I should get out of the case. I know that if we wait than maybe we can get more money out of my lawsuit but I’m just not sure if its worth it to me considering my financial situation. He told me that I could contact a company that would be willing to advance me money against my case and it may make sense considering the amount of money the insurance company is offering. I have no idea where to start so I’m asking if this is something that LawLeaf could explain to me? Is there some sort of breakdown on how you can evaluate a lawsuit advance compared to just settling a case sooner than later. Would it make more sense to get an advance or settlement my case early?
Advance for Settlement Wichita Falls, TX
I have a lawsuit out of Wichita Falls, TX and I’m searching for a settlement advance against my future monies. We are waiting to hear back for a counter-offer amount for the damage expenses. This means for me that a payday is close at hand. In the meantime I’m looking for a company preferrably in Texas or in my area that would be able to loan me an advance while my case is reaching a final settlement. As probably most of your readers are wondering how exactly does this whole process work and what do I need to do to begin the process? I’ve talked to my personal injury attorney about settlement funding and he is not in favor however he does understand that I’m in a financial crisis right now. He has asked me to do the intial interview to elminate companies until I’ve found the right company to work with. He said that he’s gone through the process with other clients and while he’s not in favor with the whole cash advance system he is always willing to do what the client wants. The process requires my attorney to get on the phone with a lender and before I have your company call him I would like to have a brief conversation with someone at your company or the lender you will choose to work my case. I don’t mind talking to a few lenders but I do mind having a lender contact my attorney without me fully assessing the company. I also don’t want a bunch of companies calling him because he is very busy and doesn’t have the time to talk with every lender within your network. Please explain and let me know if my request is off the wall.
Settlement Advance Question
When I applied for a settlement advance last year I was denied because my attorney wouldn’t cooperate with the lender whom I applied with at the time. When I applied again after talking to my lawyer the same company told me that my lawyer again wasn’t cooperating but I know they sent over the paperwork because I talked to the receptionist at the law firm. I contacted the company on Thursday and they still haven’t gotten back to me. I asked the girl to resend the documents for the second time and she told me she would. When I followed up with her on Friday she told me the fax went through. I contacted the company again on Friday both by phone & by email and still no response. I’m not sure if they are running my application through your company nor do I fully understand this whole process but I can tell you that its important that I get this settlement advance now. If I were to apply with your company would it affect my approval process with the other company? I know when they run credit checks it can have a negative affect if you do it too often and I’m not real sure if this is how the settlement advance process works.
Settlement Advancement Amounts
We are a full service litigation financing underwriter that specializes in large lawsuit cash advancements. We provide legal funding in both the United States and Canada. I have been keeping up with LawLeaf for the last several months and the one thing I’ve noticed is that your company may be in need of a company that offers larger funding advancements to your client. Can you please let me know the range in dollar amount (max) that you offer to your clients. I would like to see if there is a fit between our two companies.
Settlement Advance Company
I’m searching for a settlement advance for a pending personal injury case. My attorney is working with the insurance company in hopes there will be a settlement before we have to take the case to court. My attorney told me since liability has been established that my case could settle before having to go to court. My case is for a wrongful death for a motor vehicle accident. My problem with looking for a company to provide me a settlement advance is the rates they charge for giving me money up front. Do you have a company that can compete with a bank or at least come close to bank loans? I have ran my case through several companies and while both companies provided me with an offer for a settlement advance the rates were through the roof. I have read over a few sites including yahoo answers and I continue to see your company in some of the answer for a good place to look. My only concern is that your company works with some of the settlement advance companies that I’ve already gotten offers from. If so will you give me additional companies that would be willing to look at my case?
Settlement Advance Kentucky
Personal injury case out of Kentucky and I’m searching for a settlement advance. I filed the case several months ago but now I’m about to pass it off to an attorney. I had enough of trying to negotiate a settlement and nothing was getting done. I will retaining an attorney next week. I’ve already confirmed I will be working with him and he has agreed that the case will be handled by his firm. I would like to know if I can sign up for a settlement advance before he is retained next week? I would at the very minimum like to begin looking at companies now in hopes by the time I hire the attorney I will have an approval. I did read over the site and find that you need an attorney before funding will be approved but I would think since I’m going to hire an attorney I could get the process moving.
Settlement Advance
I applied for a settlement advance with a lawleaf a few weeks back. At the time I didn’t have an attorney assigned to my case. It was a car accident case and it just happened two days before I applied with your company. After speaking with one of your representatives they informed me that until I hired an attorney you couldn’t provide me with your service. This was about 2 weeks ago. I’ve since hired an attorney that is handling my case. I understand that I have some sort of file open with your company and wanted to know how I should proceed. I don’t have the contact information from the gentleman I spoke with regarding getting a settlement advance through lawleaf. I was considering applying again but I didn’t want to mess up the process that is currently in place. I deleted the email information and don’t have the contact number and can’t find one. Can you either supply me with the reps information or let me know if I should just sign up again for the settlement advance? One other thing I just remembered. My attorney told me that he would be fine with having your lender contact him regarding all the information your lender will request from the car accident. He told me to pass along the name of his paralegal and she would be able to get the information needed by your company. I know reading through some of these questions that your lenders prefer working with the attorney and just want to make sure this wouldn’t be a problem moving forward. Last thing does a settlement advance for a car accident have higher or lower rates? I read something that a settlement advance for a car accident has lower rates. I just want to make sure about the rates before I get accepted.
Alabama Settlement Advance Loans
Birmingham, AL settlement advance loan question about an accident over 2 years ago. I was in a trip and fall accident and I hired an attorney around a year ago. When I spoke to my attorney he told me there was a statute of limitations for personal injury cases in Alabama and I had come close to not getting my case filed. I am now seeking a settlement advance for my case. In Alabama there is a statute of limitations for personal injuries and wanted to know if that same statute applies for getting a settlement advance? If I’m over 2 years will I be disqualified or can I still sign up?
Settlement Advances Florida
I was injured in an accident in Florida and I’ve been looking for companies willing to provide settlement advances so I can get money before my case reaches a settlement or in hopes it will. I am a highway worker in Florida and I was injured on the job. I’ve hired a workers compensation lawyer and who knows how long this process may take. My attorney told me that if I really needed money bad that the only thing he could do was provide me with a few lawsuit funding companies that could provide workers compensation settlement advances here in Florida. I’ve taken a look at your site and I applied my case with Law Leaf last week. I got a call from one of your lenders on Friday and they stated they were contacting my attorney. My attorney sent me an email today after I called his offices and he said that the paperwork was sent. How can I check the status of my case?
Settlement Advances for Prozac Drug Case
This is a medical malpractice on a prescription for prozac that I should have never been prescribed to. I hired a personal injury attorney out of Philadelphia. I am looking to get a settlement advance because my case is very new and the amount of time its going to take to get compensation could be very long. I don’t see anything on your website that states your company provides settlement advances in Pennsylvania for cases involving prozac. Can you please let me know if your company can help me.
Settlement Advances for an Injury case
I was searching the internet tonight and I came across this site. I have a unique situation and I would like an honest answer. I was involved in a Automobile accident several weeks ago. I’ve talked to the insurance company and they told me that they would be willing to settle the case so we don’t have to go to court. I look at this as an out for getting me the full worth of my case. If it were just to pay for damage to my car is one thing but I’ve been injured as a result of someone talking on their cell phone and not paying attention. The insurance company offered me a decent size settlement which does cover my expenses related the the accident including costs for hospital expenses. I was told today by a fellow worker that sometimes insurance companies will make bogus offers because they want people to settle their case earlier. If I decide not to take the offer and ask for more and this case takes me more time to reach an agreement could I get a settlement advance for my case while I wait for a counter offer of some sort or just going back and forth?

Amount of time for a settlement advance
I was involved in an accident that has required me to lose work and wages. I am seeking a settlement advance but would rather wait until the end of the month when my case may settle. If by than my case has not settled how long does it typically take a person to receive a settlement advance if they sign up through your company. I just would like to be prepared in the event I have to use your company I know about the amount of time it will take. I live in Massachusetts and my accident happened in an amusement park last year.

Lawsuit Settlement Advances to Plaintiffs
I understand that Law Leaf provides settlement advances to certain cases. I also understand after shopping my case around to several different companies that many only provide structured settlement advances to certain cases meaning that if you’ve been paid or receiving monthly checks these companies will provide you with an upfront cash out for your future payments. I am not at that stage at this point. I am currently a plaintiff in a pesonal injury case that happened in Texas several months ago. My case has not reached a settlement and quite honestly it probably won’t for another couple of months. What I need to know is if your company will provide the pre settlement and not the structured settlement going to the plaintiff before the personal injury lawsuit ever reaches a settlement. I live in San Antonio and would be interested in your feed back regarding this issue.
