About Settlement Funding

If you are searching for settlement funding begin by visiting LawLeaf today. Settlement funding is a term that is used throughout the litigation financing industry. The term has several different meanings depending upon the type of case and funding request.

Prior to a case reaching a settlement:

Settlement funding can be used by a plaintiff who is seeking money before their lawsuit reaches a settlement. If a plaintiff is involved in a personal injury or commercial dispute and has the representation of an attorney, they may be eligible to receive settlement funding before compensation is paid. The concept of securing settlement funding before a claim reaches a settlement is to allow the attorney more time to litigate a case. It provides financial relief to the plaintiff without having to settle for less money against the claim.

After a case reaches a settlement:

Settlement funding can also be used by a plaintiff who has recently won a judgment or reached a settlement. The plaintiff was involved in a personal injury or commercial dispute and is waiting for compensation from their claim they may be eligible to receive settlement funding while waiting for their cash award. People that are interested in securing settlement funding after a case reaches a settlement are typically in need of their money now. People tend to secure post settlement funding when they have immediate financial obligations such as credit card debt, purchasing a new home or for investment purposes.

Structured settlement:

If a plaintiff received their cash award as a structured settlement they may have the option of pulling out portions of future payments or the full amount. The person may be searching for either a full or partial buy out against their annuity.

Settlement funding is being used by thousands of people each month. LawLeaf is an experienced company that provides our clients with competitive rates and faster approvals. If you are currently searching for settlement funding because you are in need of money to help pay for bills or other related expenses, begin by contacting LawLeaf today.

Sell a Structured Settlement

We have been receiving a multitude of questions regarding the purchase of structured settlements. When you decide to sell a structured settlement to a lawsuit funding company how do you know if you are getting the maximum money out of your future payments? The only real way to know if you are getting a fair payment for your structure settlement is to apply with more than one lender. We trully believe that if you apply with LawLeaf we can help you secure some of the highest payouts in the industry.

As a consumer you need to recognize you have more than one option. If you apply with LawLeaf for a purchase of a structured settlement we give you that option. We are extremely confident we can provide some of the most competitive payouts within the industry because we work directly with the right funding sources. There are many different types of lawsuit funding lenders that provide a variety of different financial services to their clients. Our ability to pick and choose which funding sources make sense for our clients results in more money in your pocket. We have been successful in putting thousands of more dollars in our clients pockets. We have testimonials from clients that have looked at several companies and ultimately chose our funding sources because the payouts where much higher.

—-”I was talked into applying with Law Leaf by my husband. Before I decided to apply with your company, I was about two weeks into the application process with several other companies. I received your proposal about a week after the rest. While I believe that all the proposals were low your company was much better than the others. I would highly suggest if anyone is searching for a lawsuit funding company to buy a structured settlement, they must consider your company. I appreciate your hard work & dedication to my account & I wish your company all the success in the future.”

—-”Per your request, I am submitting this letter of recommendation to LawLeaf. I applied with LawLeaf for a structured settlement buyout about 2 months ago. I found LawLeaf after doing a search on the Internet and through several different online reviews. While it looked to me that your company focused a large part of their services to the pre settlement market, I figured I would give it a shot and apply online. I am in no position to give anyone advice on this process because there is not much you can do but wait. This was the main reason I was interested in receiving multiple bids by different companies. I received 3 different bids and your lender clearly provided more money than the other 2 companies. In fact the price variation was in the thousands. I would highly recommend if you are considering funding for a structured settlement to apply with LawLeaf. I’m certainly happy that I did.”

Consider the following: A structured settlement company that has a large marketing budget needs to recoup their expenses somewhere. This means its quite possible they will pass that expense down to the client. In return the client will receive less money for their structured settlement. You must also consider overhead and employees salaries.

There is no reason why you shouldn’t put yourself in a position to receive the full amount of money for your structured settlement. If you apply with LawLeaf today we will make a guarantee that we will do our best in providing a very competitive cash advance against your structured settlement. When you apply with LawLeaf to sell your structured settlement we will have a representative contact you immediately because we understand the process is longer than most other litigation financing processes.

If you are interested in selling your structured settlement, begin by applying online today.

Lump Sum Cash Advances

I need a lump sum cash advance against my structured settlement. I applied with 2 companies about 2 weeks ago. Both of the companies told me that there was a procedure that takes place because someone has to review the application and approve it. I was talking to one of my best friends about why its taking so long and he told me that I should talk to Law Leaf. I talked to one company and they told me that your company would have to go through the same procedure. I am still a little confused about the whole process. In any event, I am interested in speaking with one of your representatives because I was also told that your company is probably a better way to go because I would actually save more money. I called your 1-888 number and the representative mentioned that they would have someone get back in touch with me regarding my questions.

I called this morning which is Sunday and I told the representative that I would be fine having someone call me back today. I don’t know whether your people who look at these applications don’t work on Sunday’s but if they do can you please tell them to follow up with me. My name is ……….  I am also interested in finding out how much of the money your company could fund and if your company could buy out the full structured settlement payments from me. I am getting paid until 2016 and my payments are coming twice a year. They are rather large payments. I really need the money so please contact me today if possible.

Structured Settlement Cash

I’m looking for structured settlement cash for a lawsuit that ended almost a year ago. I have read over tons of pages on your website and I see very little to nothing about getting cash out of a structured settlement payment. I have ongoing payments that I received last year until 2019. I recently was terminated from my employment and need some sort of help until there is a turn around in the job market. I have done some serious research about the best companies around that handle or ie. loan money against structured settlement payments. A few things I want to share regarding my situation. The payments are coming from an insurance company (car accident) but i still have my attorney involved out of default. I am searching for some money out but not all the money out. I don’t want to sell the full structured settlement only a portion of the proceeds ie. maybe 3 years worth of payments. I understand after reading over some other websites that structured settlement cash loans can take almost a month or more before a claimant can get any cash out of it. This is fine and I don’t have a problem with that but I do have a problem with these companies charging me an arm and leg for my money. I am not the type of person that shops around for the best prices when it comes to certain thing, but we are dealing with my money here. I will apply with your company but I must first say that I’m only interested in the company that will charge the least amount of interest for my advance. I also see that your company handles a ton of cases that have not settled. This bothers me a little because it seems that you are not focused on structured settlements but I’m willing to give it a chance because I come from a marketing background. Some of the other companies have huge marketing programs which someone has to pay. I never heard of your company tonight so I’m assuming that you can probably work just as good for lower interest rates against the cash. Please confirm…

Settlement Loan For Structured Settlement

I applied with another company for a settlement loan for my structured settlement. They told me that it could take several weeks before I can get any money out. I’m not real sure why it takes so long but they told me there was a process unlike a regular settlement loan. I applied with them because they specialize in getting money for structured settlement payments. I read over a lot of your website tonight and see that you do provide structured settlement loans so I’m assuming you fully understand these types of payouts. I would like to keep some of my money locked into my structured settlement and would like to take about half of it on an advance. This means I only want to sell a portion of the structured settlement and keep the remainder locked into my payment schedule. I was wondering 2 different things. First if your company provides services to buy only portion structured settlements and if so is there a way to get me money a little quicker? I need the money like yesterday and wondering if your company would be able to do this a little quicker considering I don’t have a month to wait to get money out of this case.

Structured Settlement Cash

I am looking for structured settlement cash for about 3 years of ongoing payments that are owed to me through an insurance company. The checks are very sizable and while I chose a structured settlement several years ago I really need the cash now so I’m looking to sell it. I had a friend of mine get an advance from your company for a personal injury but that was before a settlement. I have two different questions I would like to ask your firm. The first question is while I know you offer settlement advances before a case settles does your copmany offer structured settlement purchases for payments coming from an insurance company? The other question is contingent upon the first question. If you do have lenders that buy structured settlements, does your firm provide full payouts or just partial payouts. I’m considering selling the full payout of the structured settlement although depending upon how much it costs, I would also consider a partial payment plan as well. My last question is how long does it take to get the cash out? I know for the other type of funding it only took a few days but I read something about these cases taking up to a month because of the processes behind them. If you can let me know what the estimated time frame is for getting cash for a structured settlement it would be much appreciated. I’m assuming that if you do provide this type of funding you would be able to work with clients in the state of Illinois correct? I really appreciate a quick response to my question and I will give your firm the first chance since my friend recommended your service.

Money Against Lawsuit Payments

My personal injury case was settled about 3 months ago and I’m now beginning to receive payments on an ongoing basis. I decided to receive my payments as a structured settlement rather than the full payment upfront ie. lump sum payment. Last week I was laid off from my job that I had for more than 12 years. Due to my lay off I am now considering a lump sum payment however I will need to know go through a lawsuit funding company to get this done. I spoke to my lawyer today and he referred me to your service. My payments are being paid out by the insurance company so there will be no problem with getting money from them. My lawyer told me that your company has been able to get some of his clients money before their case was settled and I’m asking if your company can also handle structured settlement cases. By looking at your application here I don’t see anything about structured settlements and if your company is unwilling to do so can you please refer me to another company. I had a friend of mine refer me to a larger company but I was told before applying that they charge a very large premium to buyout structured settlements. If you company does handle this type of funding can you let me know if you are able to do better than some of these companies that you see on TV from time to time? I appreciate a quick answer and I will email you over any information you need if you provide me with email information.

Purchasing a Structured Settlement

I read something last week on your site about buying a structured settlement. I have a structured settlement and I’m receiving payments monthly. The structured settlement won’t be paid out full until 2012. I first opted a structured settlement before losing my job. I have been out of work for about 4 months and my cash reserve is running low. I formely worked for a automobile manufacturer in Michigan. I have now begun to rely heavily on these payments and until I find a new position or they give me back my job, I won’t be able to sustain. I do not want to sell the full payments because I’ve been interviewing with several other jobs and I think I will probably land another job soon. With that being said I still need some money out of this structured settlement payment. I understand that there are some companies willing to purchase a portion or part of the annuity. Can you tell me if this is something that your company can assist me in doing or am I barking up the wrong tree? I want to know if you work with any of those lenders willing to buy only part of my payments?

Structured Settlement Amount of Time

Do you have information on the amount of time it takes to get a structured settlement funded? I applied with a company last week and we moved forward until they told me it could take close to six weeks before my structured settlement will get funded. I have been reading over some of the questions on this site and I see that your company gets other cases funded within a day. I’m not sure if this would pertain to my case or if these types of settlement advances are different. To be quite honest I never thought I would be in a position to have to sell my structured settlement until now. I’m not too sure if this company which from what I know is a very reputable company takes so long because they’ve got so many of these applications to process or if this is just how much time these cases take. And while I’m asking how do you compete against some of the funding companies that advertise on the internet? Do you have the experience in competiting or even beating their rates and if so how long would your company take before it could get funded? My case was an auto accident in Florida last year. Thank yuo for taking the time and answering my question. If you could answer it sooner it would really help me out in making my decision.

Purchase of a Structured Settlement

I was looking into companies that can buy structured settlement payments. I was involved in an accident about 2 years and settled last year. I am receiving monthly ongoing payments from an insurance company. My attorney recommended me to consider getting into a structured settlement payment because of tax purposes and other things as well. My situation has changed and I’m looking to sell part of my structured settlement to a company. I have several questions regarding the process. I am considering selling about 50% upfront for now. If I go into a contract with a company could I sell the rest later if there is a need? I read somewhere on the internet that your company will begin putting more of an effort in the structured settlement business. Do you currently have lenders within your network that purchase structured settlement annuities?  If so how do your rates compare with those companies that advertise on television? I see there are a lot more companies that offer structured settlement buyouts rather than basic perosnal injury funding. Does this mean the rates will be more competitive? If you don’t have any companies that provide these types of settlement loans can you recommend a few companies that I should apply with? Is there contact information that I can get from someone in your company to have a brief conversation about my loan. I have a very large settlement and want to make sure I don’t get ripped off before signing any contract with any company that provides this type of funding. Thank you very much for your help and I look forward to your response.

Structured Settlement Advances for Chicago Area

I am receiving payments for an accident I was in about 2 years ago in Chicago. I am now looking at several options in regards to my current financing situation. When I first opted to receive a structured settlement I was in much better shape financinally (good job, good credit etc.). I am now considering looking at a way in getting some of my future payments advances to me. My current future payments are in the range of around $750,000. I’m not sure I want to sell the whole payment. I have not contacted any other companies regarding settling my full or part of my future payments. I would like to know if your lawsuit funding companies that your company works with will first look at structured settlement cases and second be interested in only forwarding me about half of the structured payment if that was what I want to do. I have read over several articles and I’m a little skeptical in the way these companies work. Can you please let me know. Also, if I sign up for a structured settlement advance with your company how quickly will one of your lenders be in contact with me?

Lump Sum for Structured Settlement

I now live in South Carolina but the accident occurred several years in Kentucky. I opted to receive a structured settlement rather than a lump sum of money after I won the case. At the time I had a good job and was able to pay my bills and was living well. Recently, I lost my job and my home is going through a foreclosure. I am now shopping my structured settlement to get a lump sum of cash out of it. I am open to both a partial buyout or a full buyout depending upon the rates. Can you give me an idea of what type your company would recommend before I apply? I would like a little more information on how this process will go down and how quickly I would receive a check from one of your lenders.

Iowa Structured Settlement Company

I live in Iowa and I’m receiving monthly checks from a case that was settled last year. I have a substantial amount of money that is owed to me. I am looking for a company in Iowa or a company that would be willing to purchase my structured settlement that works with clients in Iowa. I see that your service includes plaintiff funding and would like to know if this includes structure settlement funding as well? I am interested in selling only a partial of the settlement and not the full amount or full buyout of the payments. I would also need to know if your lenders provide partial buyouts of structured settlement payments as well.

Structured Settlement Help

I have a structure settlement and need help in getting my money out of this payment plan. I am now in real financial trouble and while this payment structure worked well for me I need a lump sum of cash right now to help pay for my bills. I contacted a pretty large company that offered structure settlement buyouts and they are just a little too high. I’ve consulted with my friend who was my attorney for the case at the time and he told me to shop my settlement around to a few other groups. My problem is I don’t have a ton of time and in order to get an answer back from a company that provides settlement funding it can take too long. What are the steps and where exactly do I sign up for your service? How are your lenders rates? What is LawLeaf?

I am living in Wisconsin

Structured settlement buyout question for lender

I was involved in a car accident a few years ago and opted on a structured settlement. I am still being paid for my injuries and I’m on the books for several more years. This past summer I was laid off from my job and I’ve yet to find another position. My checks are not large enough to sustain me at this time and without an income coming in I’m starting to fall deeper in debt. I didn’t want to have to sell any of my structured settlement but now I’m faced with the undaunted task of finding income. My girlfriend told me there are a ton of companies that provide buyouts for structured settlements. Can you let me know how quickly I could receive a buyout for my settlement? I would be looking within the next couple of weeks if I’m not hired by a company soon. I need a back up plan.

I am now living in Louisiana but the accident occurred in Mississippi.

Buy My Structured Settlement

I have a rather large structured settlement I am trying to sell. I had applied through a large structured settlement funding company that I thought was very reputable. It took several weeks before I received an answer and when I finally did the rates were exhorbanent to say the very least. I am now several weeks behind this process and before I end up selling my structured settlement to this company I would like additional information on your product and services. I visited your main site and I found little information regarding structured settlement funding and wanted to know if your company focuses on lenders who buy structured settlements or mainly personal injury lawsuit funding. I would also be interested to know if there is a cap on a buyout by any of your lenders or would they be willing to purchase a full buyout of my structured settlement.

Structured Settlement funding in Connecticut

I applied for structured settlement funding with a company I found on TV. The rates were very high and they also told me that it could take up to a month before I receive a check. I am now looking at alternatives as a result. I am alright with waiting because they told me the application goes through a judge but I’m not so Ok with the amount of money they are taking from me. I know that your company is a matching service and was hoping you could beat their rate. Could you tell me if you’ve gotten similar requests from other clients looking for a structure settlement buyout?
