I have a question regarding tort funding. If I live in the state of Oklahoma and I decide to borrow money from one of your lenders can you please explain how the money is paid back if I lose the case? For instance, if I were to borrow 10,000 from a lawsuit funding company and my case is lost do I need to pay back the lawsuit loan? The same thing would apply if I don’t win the amount of money expected and it won’t cover the full value of the loan.
