Toxic Mold

Mold case in Baltimore

Its been tested and its toxic mold. I contacted an attorney last week after I tried beforehand. No attorneys would touch my case until now that I’ve proven (on my own) that the mold is toxic. I live in Baltimore MD and I have a lawsuit against an apartment complext or soon will have one. At what stage could I apply for lawsuit funding for my case? If I apply now would I have a chance of getting funded for my case or do I have to wait until my attorney contacts you? I have proof that its toxic mold and I also just sent over my medical records regarding my case. i missed work and was extremely ill. I’m hoping it won’t be that hard because it was tough finding an attorney that would take my case.

I’ve not felt well for weeks and my neighbor told me that she was having the same issues when she discovered a type of mold that was called toxic of some sort. We are both now looking to get the issue resolved and I’m searching for answers on what I should do. Can you please provide some sort of insight on what we can do or should do concerning this very important issue. I live in Detorit. I don’t have much money to move and I’m stuck.

Tennessee injury for Toxic Mold

I live outside of Nashville Tennessee and I’ve had major issues with the revamping of my apartment. My landlord is definately a slum landlord and he has neglected my request over an over again regarding a mold like substance growing under my bathroom sink. I was very sick for weeks and was tested. Apparently the mold is called “black mold” which is very bad. My landlord received notification by my attorney that he will be appearing in court at some point in time for compensation I’m going after him for. My attorney had the mold tested and there is no doubt that it caused harm to me. I need money to move out of my apartment for two reasons, mold and my landlord is going to blow a gasket once he sees I’m suing him.

Toxic Mold help

I am currently evaluating a toxic mold case and I’m hoping that your company can help. I am a single parent and I’ve recently discovered mold growing underneath my bathroom sink. My landlord has been notified and nothing has been done to resolve the problem. I’ve contacted several attorneys but because nothing is wrong with me they are unable to take my case. I feel that I should do something about it so I’m considering filing a suit against my landlord. In order for me to do so it will require me to take off work to get this started. Does your firm loan lawsuit money for situations like mine?

Toxic Mold Cases Texas

I live in Houston, Texas and I live in an apartment complex that is being very unfair to its tenants. Myself along with a group of other tenants in the neighborhood have complained upteen times to the complex administration that we are all having mold problems within our apartments. My attorney recommended that I take pictures of the mold which I did. We are awaiting the lab work to find out if its of a toxic variety and if it is it probably explains my sleeping disorders and my ongoing sickness. Would I qualify for a lawsuit advance based upon this information I provided you?

Birmingham AL Toxic Mold cases

I live in an apartment in Birmingham, Alabama. As a tenant I should have the right to get the apartment supervisor to look over potential mold that is growing under my sink. I know this because I have read about this online. When I contacted my apartment complex they waited for almost a week before they got around to check out my complaint. They still have yet to remove the mold. I contacted an attorney because someone recommended me to take them to court if they didn’t proceed to take care of the problem. We just had the mold sent to a lab and tested. It I believe is toxic and now I need to move out of the apartment. I only have one problem, I have no money to make the move and if I break my lease they tell me I will have to pay an additional 3 months which is bull. I am seeking a lawsuit cash advance but I’ve been turned down by several companies. I need the money to assist with the move. Can you please let me know if I would be approved if it were a different case or may I get the money from your company?
