I Won My Lawsuit

I recently won a rather large settlement after being involved with a commercial trucking company. I was in an accident early last year and it was the other drivers fault. I hired an attorney that specializes in vehicle accidents caused by motorist of commercial companies ie. trucking companies. We went into a settlement mode before it was pulled back because the company for some reason decided to take back the offer last minute. It was actually never their offer but they considered a counter offer. The accident itself was pretty bad but I am half way fine now. The case was won a few weeks ago and I’m in a waiting mode. I have researched companies that provide lawsuit funding for cases that have already been won and I continue to find your company. What I’m reading on many of these questions and the main website is that you take cases that haven’t been won or others that are about structured settlements. My case is unique outside of either one of these types of funding cases. I’ve actually won my lawsuit but the compensation from the case hasn’t yet been paid to me. I really don’t know if I’m in a middle stage here because I won but not have been paid yet. I was wondering or hoping for additional information about my funding options. If I sign up through your company would you consider advancing me a quite of bit of money even though its not before or after? I am looking for money or a cash advance for what is owed to me. I hope I’m making a little sense but I think you probably get the point. Please let me know if you have additional questions for me. I really do need money as soon as possible so please get back to me immediately.

Truck Accident Settlement Money

I was in a truck accident last year and we have a rather large projection on the amount of money I will receive from the accident. I was rear ended by a tractor trailer last year coming out of Nevada. The accident occurred because the truck driver admitted not to sleeping for over 24 hours a day to meet his “quota”. The case actually hit the papers or at least that’s what I was told. In any event I’m searching for money against my settlement payments. I have or am projected a 6 figure payout. My question is two different ones and the first is in regarding to the settlement advance. If I get the money and for some reason my lawyer doesn’t win the case am I responsible for paying back the lawsuit loan? The second question is about the lenders. If I decide to apply with your company will they immediately contact me before my lawyer? I tried to get lawsuit funding several months ago and it was turned down because the attorney handling the case didn’t want to forward my documents. I have since retained a different lawyer for my case and one that has referred cases to you. The reason why I would rather you contact me is while he has referred cases to your company he doesn’t believe that I really need the money but I do. I just would like to have the opportunity to prep whomever gets my application.

Accident Funding in New Hampshire

I am a truck driver that was in a trucking accident in New Hampshire. My trucking company is also in New Hampshire and I also have a case in South Dakota for a personal injury. I hired a workers compensation lawyer in New Hampshire that is dealing with that case and I have a lawyer in South Dakota for a car accident that I was in last year. I have two separate cases. I never considered getting pre settlement funding for the personal injury case for the car accident until this last accident I had. I am out of work right now. I would like to get pre settlement funding for at least one of the two cases if possible. The case in South Dakota is close to settling out of court and the workers comp case in NH is probably going to be longer. Can you have someone look at both cases and let me know which case will charge less money to get funding? I would like not to get both cases funding because I hear it costs money to do so. If I get both funded I may only one to take one of them but would like a company to look at both cases.

Alaska Funding Options

I am from Juneau Alaska and I am searching for lawsuit funding options for a personal injury. I have been searching a few websites when I came across this site. I have a question regarding an accident that occurred and please let me know if I would qualify for a lawsuit cash advance. My case involves a tractor trailer accident. I was rear ended by a semi and was injured. My injury although not considered a severe injury by any means kept me from working for almost two weeks. I applied with a company last week and no response. I’m assuming my case may not be worth it to these companies. Can you let me know if this is more of a location factor rather than a loan issue?
