Train Accident

Long Island Railroad Injury Funding

I live in New York City and was traveling on the Long Island Railroad last week. When I was switching cars I came onto one that had a ton of beer spilled out from one of the seats. When I crossed the spill, which I didn’t see, I fell down and I thought I sprained my leg. I couldn’t walk on my leg for almost a day. When I went to the emergency room I actually fractured my leg near the bottom close to my ankle. I can’t even put on a shoe. I hired a lawyer the other day ago. I want to know when I can sign up for funding for my case? My attorney is about to file a claim this week but hasn’t done yet. Could I still get approved even though a case has yet to be filed? Thank you in advance for your help

Maine lawsuit cash advances Train Accident

I have already filed a lawsuit against a company due to a slip and fall case involved in a train. The accident occurred months ago. I live in Maine. What are the typical rates for train accident cases and how quickly will an approval take if I decide to sign up for funding. I am going to look to get some sort of lawsuit advance for my case but interested in your service. Sounds like you have several lenders whom would be willing to look at this case. I also would like to know if there is a difference in the type of funding for my case. I am working right now but did have to take off a few days to get a leg brace and I can’t put much weight on my leg right now which has effected my work a bit.

Train accident cases

Brother in law involved in a train accident and want to know if he already hired a lawyer to handle the case if your company can give him money to help him pay for bills. This case is very involved and can take months or even years before he recovers any money according to his attorney. So it would be important to understand the interest rates as well. I don’t think it would be great if by the end of the case he gets nothing out of the case.

Train Accident slip and fall

I was involved in an accident on a train several months ago. My attorney told me that I have a good chance of getting money out of the case but he also said that it will take time. I’m not real sure how long this means so I’m a little neverous about what my next steps need to be. Can you let me know how long these sorts of cases will take? I live in New York City
