Some of these people may have lost their jobs and as a result mounting bills and the threat of financial disaster awaits them. The question is “Do I have the right to file a discrimination suit against my employer?” The answer is “yes” if you believe you’ve been targeted or discriminated against in the work place. Discrimination & Wrongful Termination Lawsuit Loan
I am searching for a lawsuit loan for a discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuit the is pending. It has not yet reached a settlement. Read below and tell me if this is the sort of case you could provide funding for at this time.
I worked for a national company and have been for the last 7 years. Over the course of my employment I had been harassed by several of the higher employees of the company. I am a single woman and was being harassed by several of the high ranking company heads. When I started to complain to the human resource department they suggested I take a needed vacation and when I return things would be back to normal and the problem would go away. My position requires me to check emails and do follow-up even sometimes when I’m on vacation. As a sales executive for this company I have met my quarterly and annual quotas 6 out of the 7 years, the first year I didn’t hit my number although I was close. Around the 3rd day of my vacation I was able to hop over to an Internet cafe that had Internet connection and to my surprise I could not log into my email which means I couldn’t do some quick follow-ups. When I called back to the office they told me that they were having problems with the email server and no one was able to access emails without being in the office. I tried logging back in for 2 consecutive days and yet again no access.
I came back to work the very next week to find out they fired me without any reason at all. When I went into the office my stuff was piled up at the front of the office in a box. I had a lot of other personal stuff such as my personal lists and all my business cards that were gone. They even cleared out all my contacts within my email system, some of which were personal contacts. One of the company heads escorted me out of the office and insisted I have no contact with anyone else in the company. He told me if I would call back into the office that they would file charges of harassment against me. When I asked him about my lists and personal contacts he insisted they were company property. He gave me no other explanation of why I was fired just that I wasn’t allowed on the premises of the property or have contact with any other employees within the company.
I hired an attorney and we’ve filed both a discrimination and wrongful discharge lawsuit against the company. We are suing them for a good bit of money because they are not even paying me my commissions from late last year as they are suggesting that I didn’t close the business which is completely false. I am searching for a company that can provide a pre settlement loan for both the two seperate charges of wrongful termination and discrimination.
Cash Before Case Settles
I’m not sure if this is a question for this site or not but I need cash before my case settles. I have a personal injury case against my past employer for a wrongful termination case. My employer let me go after the friend that got me the job a few weeks ago quit his job after about 5 years working for them. They know that I’m best friends with him and I think they let me go because it was directly related to him leaving his position. I wouldn’t really care about it but because I decided to work her a few weeks ago I ended up taking this job over about 2-3 other really good offers. I brushed it away and called the other 2 companies that had provided me with an offer only to find out they had already offered their jobs to other sales people. I went through a 2 week training program with this company in their headquarters and I’ve literally been working here for only a week and a half max. There is no other explanation than that I was let go because my friend left the company and the President and him were good friends as well. I’m not sure if I ended up getting the job because of him or because I’m a good employee but non the less I’m not working there anymore and there was never an explanation on why they terminated me. My case is being handled by a lawyer right now and they are negotiating some sort of settlement against the lawsuit. Can your company provide me cash before this case settles or is this not something your lenders would handle?
If it matters I am living outside of Chicago, my lawyer is located in Chicago and so is the company. It is a software company as well and they are a pretty good company or at least I thought they were. They should have no problem settling the case.
Employee Lawsuit
I am a car salesman and encountered a situation amongst my colleagues. My used car manager insinuated that I had zero product knowledge in front of the other sales people with customers present after asking a question about a car. He again stated the same degrading statement in front of all the sales personnel during a meeting. He used his fingers in my face creating the zero signal in front of everyone repetitively. This embarrassed and humiliated me. Can this degrading statement be used to sue as I got fired for sticking up for myself.
Case Against Employer
I have a dispute that has not yet been resolved wtih a previous employer. I hired an attorney because the company will not release commissions that are owed to me in the sum of close to $100,000. I retained an attorney several weeks ago. I am currently unemployed and due to the job market I’m having a bit of a tough time trying to find another job. The case is a two part. The first is a wrongful termination as I was accused of something that I certainly didn’t do. The second is the commission part. I have several of my friends that still work for the company and based upon what they are telling me, they have no intentions of paying me money and no remorse they made a mistake and fired the wrong person. I would like to know the following: the company filed for bankruptcy about a year ago. They are still functioning but there are some talks that they will either merge or they will be bought out. I’m concerned that if this happens there is a good chance I won’t receive my back pay etc. If I were to apply for an advance would I still have a shot of getting the advance knowing this information?
Discrimination at my workplace
I was wrongfully terminated due to my sexual preferences. I have been open about who I am and was from the start. The owners of my previous company seem to always be a little uncomfortable around me. I did my job well and I always met my immediate time frames for production. I filed a lawsuit for discrimination purposes about 2 months ago. My attorney has advised me to continue with my case and not to settle this out of court. I had a high paying job with a firm in Chicago. I understand this business well and I’m searching for a competitive rate for lawsuit funding. I can forward you my case documents or you can talk to my attorney. I have advised my attorney I will be sending my case to a litigation financing company. I have worked with your company in the past for several other people however I never knew the outcome of any of the cases. Please let me know if you handle discrimination cases and if your lenders can provide lawsuit loans for these types of cases. I appreciate your immediate feedback pertaining to this issue.
Lawsuit Filed Against My Employer
I recently filed a lawsuit against my employer for wrongful termination and harassment. My attorney and I have both agreed that while I’m waiting for my lawsuit to settle I should consider looking at a settlement advance as a financial option. I have been out of work for almost two months, no severance package and no income coming into my home. I have been using my savings to survive and while I’m looking for a new job I need money for the necessities. I have contacted several companies over the past week that weren’t even interested in looking at my case. I would like to know if your lenders would be interested in looking at my case?
Thank you very much for your help:
Case is in Oklahoma but I’m now living in Iowa
Employment question New York, NY
I worked in Manhattan but I live in New Jersey. I was accused of some things I definitely didn’t do at work last year and I was fired about a month ago. I’ve been out of work for now a month for something that is proven that I never did. I hired an attorney that practices law in New Jersey and in New York because of the way my agreement was set up with my ex employer. I’ve hired an attorney that takes cases involving employee / employer disputes. The attorey is a friend of mine and really isn’t charging me a fee. How will this effect me if I decide to take a lawsuit loan and can I?
California Employee lawsuit advances in Sacramento
I’m employeed by a company that just terminated several employees for no reason. They are filing a wrongful termination suit against my employer and one of my best friends is one of the girls that are filing charges. She had asked me if there was a company that could give them money to hire an attorney because the costs are too much and because they don’t have a job they can’t pay for the legal fees. I really don’t know what the laws are here in California or in Sacramento so can you let me know if there is anything they can do to borrow money to hire an attorney through one of your lenders?
Wrongful Termination Lawsuit Cash Advance
I have been wrongfully terminated from my position at my company. The company decided to let me go because they said that my work performance was down and that I was under achieving their expectations. I am a top sales person for this company and I know I was fired because of my strong opinion regarding certain issues that my employer disagreed upon. These opinions were not work related but just personal opinions regarding certain things I won’t discuss. I have never been written up for misconduct and always professional in all meetings. My numbers speak for themselves. I filed a lawsuit against my company several weeks ago. I’m still interviewing for a job because I was taken by surprise. My question is to see if your company can provide a lawsuit cash advance for cases involving wrongful termination? I don’t know if this fall under the classification as personal injury or plaintiff funding.
Wrongfully Terminated Suit
I’m not sure whether I can do this or not but I’m looking for some sort of settlement loan for a case I have with an employer. I was wrongfully terminated. I’m not sure if you or any company can provide a settlement loan for these types of cases. I do have an attorney.
Alabama lawsuit advance please
I am from Montgomery, AL and I’ve been looking for a company that provides lawsuit advances for wrongful termination cases. I have looked around but I’m having a very hard time finding a company that will provide a lawsuit advance for wrongful termination. I would rather not go into details of the case as I’m very suspicious that it could get me in trouble and my attorney has asked me not to talk to anyone prior to speaking with him. I’ve just sent out an email to my attorney to let him know that I was searching for a cash advance against my case and would like you to follow up with him regarding my case. Can you let me know before I apply and you contact my attorney if you offer wrongful termination cash advances with your service.
