Claim Funding
I am looking for claim funding from a company that can fund lawsuits. This is a 6 figure claim and I’m having trouble because of the amount of money that I am requesting. I was told by a few different companies that they provide claim funding for motor vehicle accidents they can’t provide the full amount of money I’m asking for. This is becoming a big problem because I’ve read several different articles about getting more money at a later date. I hear its almost impossible. I am wondering if this is something that your company would be able to help out with because I don’t want to settle for less money.
The claim is being filed against State Farm Insurance Company. My attorney tired settling the case with them without going to court. They decided to counter offer but it was much too low. I have a claim worth near a million which is the full amount of the insurance policy of the other driver. We are asking for right around that number. We have a lot of things we are working on including a medical program for rehabilitation and bi-weekly visits or check ups. As you could imagine this is a lot of money out of my pocket because I have no insurance at all. I have also been out of work for almost 3 1/2 months. I also have severe back injury and broken bones. I want to see if there is something your company could do because I’m having a hard time doing this right now. I also read something about your company being able to help people with claim funding for cases over 100K. The was driving a motor cycle.
