Commerical property dispute
I’m in a very intense legal battle with a large real estate developer. My case involves a piece of land I purchased from the company and I was unaware at the contract stages regarding issues of contamination of well water and balances of the soil. I’ve hired a commercial litigation attorney who is currently handling my case. The property is worth a significant amount of money and we are fighting to get the company to repurchase the property back from me. This battle has been going on for over a year and its cost me 10’s of thousands of dollars and I’ve taken a hit in my investment portfolio as a result.
