Considering Applying Please Help
I’m considering applying for a settlement advance with your company and I need help to figure how much I would be approved for my case. I am very wet in the ears about how this whole business process works so please bear with me. I was involved in a slip and fall accident outside of a local restaurant in San Francisco. They had some plank board laying on the ground because they are doing construction on one side of the building. When I turned the corner with my girlfriend I slipped and fell onto the ground at space age pace. I landed on the barrier concrete slab that you see in parking lots. The slab that a vehicle pulls up to when parking. When I landed I braced my fall with my right hand, turned over my wrist (broken) and my right side of my face landed on the concrete slab. My girlfriend immediately ran into the restaurant as I laid semi passed out from the fall. I woke up looking at 4 people none of which I recognized accept for my girl friend. They asked me if I could stand up and after about 30 plus seconds I made it to my feet, looked at my hand, blown up and steadily made it back to the ground again. Before they could call an ambulance I told my girl friend to just drive me in my car to the hospital which she did. After about 4 hours in the emergency room I was released from the hospital. I have not hired an attorney yet because I’ve not had time to meet with one. I do want to sign up for a lawsuit advance but I’m not real sure how much my claim will be worth nor do I have any understanding how much your company will lend. Please help me to figure out these numbers and let me know how much you think I could get from your lenders.

Prior to applying for a settlement advance you will need to contact an attorney that handles slip and fall cases. Our lenders will not provide settlement funding to clients without the representation of attorney. Once you’ve hired an attorney my suggestion would be to apply online at that time. Your attorney should be able to give you a better indication of how much money he or she believes the case is worth. When you apply online you can provide as much money as need and if a lender is unwilling to give you the full amount requested, they will come back with the amount of money they will loan. No matter what without an attorney there is no litigation financing company that would be willing to provide lawsuit funding for your case.
