Defective Product & Lawsuit Loans
I’m hearing that they won’t accept my case because defective product litigation is very tough and usually they turn into class action lawsuit cases. My understanding is that the case unless you have lawyers won’t provide lawsuit loans. My suggestion to your company would be to provide funding to everyday people that have cases like defective product liability cases even without having to hire an attorney. This is because its hard enough to get money from these companies and when you do your attorney will want his cut and without the attorney involved your company and other lawsuit funding companies that provide loans for defective product lawsuits will eventually make more money. This is just my take on the whole scenario and thank you for listening!

I’m not sure I really understand the question. Here is what I will say about the statement. If you don’t have the a lawyer that is handling your case, no lawsuit funding company can provide cash advances to a client. There are reasons why our lenders won’t lend advancements for cases that don’t have the representation of legal counsel. You should also understand regardless if the case is a defective product liability or other personal injury type of case they won’t provide lawsuit funding without an attorney because the funding is in a form of non recourse.
