Difference between types of funding
I am going to sign up for lawsuit funding using Law Leaf but I’m a little confused on which type of funding option to use and I don’t want my application to be denied because of that. Can you tell me the difference between commercial litigation or pre settlement funding? Maybe easier is that I have a case involving me and my financial adviser. This is a financial malpractice suit.

You will want to select the commercial litigation option under the funding type on this application. Please also provide in the comment section on how your attorney is handling the case meaning on a contingency fee basis or are you paying an hourly rate. Most of our lenders only look at cases that attorneys are hired on a contingent basis. Thank you for applying with LawLeaf.
