Different States for Lawsuit Funding
I was involved in a motor cycle accident last year in Vermont. I filed a personal injury claim with an attorney located in Burlington. The case is almost a year old now and I’m considering a pre settlement loan. I am now living in Nebraska and need to know whether this would affect my chances? I know that the laws are different in each state and I’m not sure if this will play any part in the approval process. Can you let me know if this will affect my chances because I’m now living in a different state?

If you filed a personal injury lawsuit in Vermont it makes no difference where you are living now. Our lenders provide pre settlement funding in Vermont and in Nebraska so it really doesn’t matter. In any event they will look at Vermont and not Nebraska because the motorcycle accident happened in Vermont.
