Dog Bite Case out of Texas Dallas
I have a dog bite case out of Dallas. I am getting sued by a woman. My dog bit the woman in the hip and now she is suing me and because I have no insurance I have to go to court. I don’t have money for a lawyer and want to know if a company would be willing to loan me money to help pay for my legal fees. I’m not sure if this is something that you can help me out with but I really would like to know if it could be possible.
BTW- My dog didn’t attack her on her property. She was walking fairly close to my home and my dog got off the leash because he probably thought she was going to come on our property.

We do provide lawsuit funding for dog bites but we can only work with plaintiffs. If you are getting sued you would not qualify for a cash advance. Unfortunately pre settlement funding can only be loaned to the victims and not the defendants.
Don’t worry, deadbeat. Since you don’t have any money, they can’t sue you for something you don’t have.
Of course, if you ever got lucky and actually got some money, then you might owe it to the lady who your dog attacked. It doesn’t sound like you have any defense at all. Your dog got off the leash? Ultimately, you’re responsible for your dogs actions and behavoir.
