Elevator Injury Claim
I was injured in an elevator in a high rise in New York City about 3 months ago. There was a malfunction with the elevator and it dropped quickly before the safety feature locked up. I got hurt because of the drop. I literally contacted an attorney out of New Jersey who specifically handles elevator injury cases. It was found that the elevator wasn’t properly maintained and was faulty. As a result I was injured and now I filed a personal injury claim against the building and the elevator company. I know that these cases are not very common and I’m not sure if there is anything that your company can do regarding my request.
