Environmental Litigation lawsuit funding question
I am sure the answer to this question is yes but I must first ask before I decide what to do. Does your firm provide services for environmental litigation cases. If so how much money are your lenders willing to provide and how quickly will it take from the point of applying for the funding, to the time I can get a wire transfer?

We work with company’s that provide environmental litigation financing. The amount of time it takes really depends upon how quickly we can get the case docs over to the lender. I’m assuming you are an attorney? The amount of time it takes will be a result of how quickly they can review the case docs and determine how much money the case is worth. I can’t give you an answer on how much money you may qualify for because each lender looks at these cases differently.
