Excessive Speeding Caused Accident
I live in Utah and was traveling across the country and was in an automobile accident due to excessive speeding. I was traveling through Oklahoma and two car were racing on a major highway. One of the cars was cut off and the one spun and collided with the back of my car. I was traveling alone at the time and when the car hit mine it hit my car pretty hard. My car is totaled and my lawyer is filing a claim for both damages to my car and I was also hurt. My attorney told me that he will not finalize the total costs until I’ve completed all medical treatment for physical therapy and other tests. This means that I will need to be cleared by a doctor before we find out the total amount of money we will be fighting for. I would like to apply for a lawsuit advance but I’m not sure how much the case is worth and using your percentages not sure the total value of my case.

What I recommend is filling out our online pre settlement funding application to the right. Provide the necessary information including the amount of money needed for a lawsuit cash advance. When a lender reviews your application they will provide you with the amount of cash they can provide for your case. This amount may be lower or higher than the total amount requested. If you request too much they will counter with a smaller amount of money they can loan for your case.
