My case was tried last week and my attorney was successful in winning the case. When I thought I was going to get a check my attorney informed me the case was appealed? This means that I will have to go through the same process again for a second time. I have never ever gotten a lawsuit loan in the past for my case but now I’m under a bit of a financial crunch. I see that your company does the pre settlement loans but I don’t see anything about giving money for cases that are under appeals. I am not sure if your company can help nor do I really have an idea of whether any company provides lawsuit loans for cases that are in the appeals process. I know that my case is very strong because I’ve already won the case but because of this now I have to wait. My lawyer told me that they are appealing the case because they believed the compensation I will get was not fair for their client. I had a case out of Dallas last month that was funded by one of your lenders. I recently applied for another settlement loan with them and never heard back. I’m not sure if I should just go ahead and sign back up with your company or just deal with that lender directly? I do know that when I was approved I could have gotten more money but I decided against it at the time because I believed that my case was going to get settled sooner than later. I am part of a smaller business that was in the development stage of a piece of software that was being built by a company here in the United States. The company we contracted out to was a smaller company with a good track record in implementing custom software applications. We were in the development stages when the company decided to push back on some of the functionality we agreed upon. In the contract and the development agreement it stated that the work would be done and payment was contingent upon completion. We are several hundreds of thousands of dollars into the development stage when the company is deciding that they can’t provide the functionality requested within the contract and development document. They told us that they let go of the sales representative because he sold us something that couldn’t conceptionally be done. When we requested a total refund of the project they told us no because they put development dollars into the work. We wouldn’t have gone with the company in the first place if they told us they couldn’t complete the job. The owner of our company has spent a boat load of money and the company is sinking. We were hoping to get enough money through some sort of litigation financing because the case is set to take some time before a settlement is potentially reached. I was injured back in September of last year. I hired a personal injury attorney and found it to be a waste of my time because nothing was getting done. I have a dispute that has not yet been resolved wtih a previous employer. I hired an attorney because the company will not release commissions that are owed to me in the sum of close to $100,000. I filed a personal injury lawsuit several months ago for an accident I had back in July of this year. I previously applied for a settlement loan with several companies around August I think. When I applied for funding each of the companies decided not to fund my case because I had no medical records and one company even told me that my injury wasn’t severe enough. They called it a soft tissue injury and said they wouldn’t give me any money. I went through about 3 months of rehabilitation and unfortunately I’ve torn part of my shoulder due to the accident. Last week I received a call from my attorney that my personal injury case is going into settlement. At the same time he told me there is a chance that I wouldn’t receive my compensation check until February. This means I have to wait over 2 months before I will receive my money. I think this is absolutely unfair especially after all I’ve gone through. Do you have information on the amount of time it takes to get a structured settlement funded? I applied with a company last week and we moved forward until they told me it could take close to six weeks before my structured settlement will get funded. I have been reading over some of the questions on this site and I see that your company gets other cases funded within a day. I’m not sure if this would pertain to my case or if these types of settlement advances are different. To be quite honest I never thought I would be in a position to have to sell my structured settlement until now. I’m not too sure if this company which from what I know is a very reputable company takes so long because they’ve got so many of these applications to process or if this is just how much time these cases take. I have tried to get litigation financing for a car accident I had last year. The first company that I applied with earlier in the year told me that I wouldn’t be able to get litigation financing because I hadn’t gotten all the records for medical procedures. Motor Vehicle Accident Ice & Snow Result
