Financing My Lawsuit

I will only explain my situation once with your company before I decide if its even worth me applying. I have been put through the ringer by other legal financing companies and I’m at my wits end. I have a lawsuit right now, not one that has already settled, but one that is active. I am looking for lawsuit financing against a wrongful death claim. This is exactly what it is nothing more or nothing less. I have contacted two companies already that I saw advertising their legal financing services. Both of these companies said that they help people like me in tough financial situations. I contacted the first company and when they heard my case they told me they only deal with cases if they have already been awarded money for the lawsuit. They told me they will not give me money against my lawsuit because its still pending. The second company told me they only work with clients that have lawsuits against companies, whatever that means. The companies both were a bit rude to me when I told them my situation and asked why I couldn’t borrow money against my case. By the time I got off the phone with both companies I felt like pulling my hair out of my head. I’ve turned to the internet and began searching for companies specific to what I need. Point blank I’m looking for financing for a wrongful death case. The case was filed last year and we are going to court next month. The case is not going to settle before its heard. I have a lawyer that is handling this case. My lawyer told me that I should have no problem finding a company but wasn’t willing to refer me to a single company for some reason.
