Funding For Connecticut Attorney

I work for an attorney that is handling a multi-million dollar lawsuit on behalf of his client. We are searching for financing options on this case. I’m not too sure how this process works so let me give you a little incite on the case. It is a personal injury client that has been with the firm for about 10 months. We have gone through the intial negotiation stages of the suit. The client and our attorney is fighting for close to 5 million in damages against this company. At the start of the month the case looked like it was going to reach a settlement a little less than what we anticipated however in the last minutes the deal was taken off the table. The firm is a well established firm with great credit however the amount in the cash reserve to continue litigation for this case is running low considering the attorney has taken this case on a contingency fee basis. We are searching for a company that will make a contribution to this case prior to the hearing. The money will be used to help through the litigation ie. hearings process as well as potential paycheck distributions to our employees. We are hoping to get a little insite on how to proceed with this process and also how your company could help us through this process. We would rather borrow money against the case rather than an all out business loan. Can you please provide me with a little more information on how your company could help us through this process?

  1. LawLeaf works with attorneys and law firms in securing lawsuit funding against active cases. We can work with you throughout the process in getting a lender that is willing to take your case on a similar contingency fee basis meaning you only pay back the loan if you win the case. They will evaluate the case and make a decision on how much money they are willing to advance to the attorney for the case. We have lenders who offer lines of credit, financing services as well as lawsuit cash advances on a non recourse basis. The process can go very smoothly as long as we have access to the case files. Generally you are looking at a few days before funding is available.
