Funding Lawsuit

My sister in law was in an accident last year in Florida. She was living down in Florida for her last year in college. She now lives in Seattle, WA. The accident happened when another driver blind sided her car coming out of one of the gas stations. This was right near her college campus. She ended up hiring a personal injury attorney in Gainesville who handles car accident cases and they filed a lawsuit. In the meantime because its so far away she has been doing everything over phone and Internet. The other day she heard from her attorney and he told her that the claim was I think denied and they were going to court. I’m not really sure about the specifics but I can tell you that the case is not being settled out of court. She has been really having a hard time find a job and she talked about moving back home. Her case is estimated in the 100’s of thousands because she was hospitalized for over a week and I think it was in the papers down there. She was telling me about companies that would be interested in funding a lawsuit such as hers. She contacted several last week all that did the structured settlements and I think she got them from TV. I’m not sure if you fund lawsuits or if this is more of an informational site but can you tell me what are the best companies too look at to get her case funded? It is imperative that she gets funding so please help.
