how do i find out how my vioxx settlement case is progressing

i would like to know if any one has received any money from the lawsuuit of vioxx i cant find out anything from the attorney handling the case his offices r in texas and they keep giving me and my attorney here local the same answer they dont know any thing but the news reporteded that the money wouod start going out back in august and this is 4 mos later any cant find out any thing plz help

  1. There are more than 40,000 people that are going through the same process as you. I believe reading something about an extension. I would continue to stay in contact with your attorney regarding the settlement checks. If the attorney’s are unsure when checks will be received than there is no way of telling when they will start going out. Have you checked with the Vioxx Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee yet?
