I Won My Lawsuit
I recently won a rather large settlement after being involved with a commercial trucking company. I was in an accident early last year and it was the other drivers fault. I hired an attorney that specializes in vehicle accidents caused by motorist of commercial companies ie. trucking companies. We went into a settlement mode before it was pulled back because the company for some reason decided to take back the offer last minute. It was actually never their offer but they considered a counter offer. The accident itself was pretty bad but I am half way fine now. The case was won a few weeks ago and I’m in a waiting mode.
