Lawsuit Advance for Personal Injury
I applied with your company tonight around 11:00 for a lawsuit advance for my personal injury lawsuit. I applied once on this site and another time on the lawleaf.com site. I have not received a phone call yet and was wondering if I will tonight? I would prefer your company call me as soon as possible so I can fill you on the details of my case. I was recommended by my attorney who you’ve worked with in the past and he told me I have a really good case and should have no problem getting a lawsuit advance. My case hasn’t settled yet but I really need the cash as soon as possible. I also called and someone took down my name and information and told me someone would be in touch with me. When I asked him he said he couldn’t say if the representative would be in touch base with me tonight or not. I would prefer someone please contact me as soon as possible. I’m going to be at work tomorrow morning and I have no way of talking with them if not tonight. Please can you have someone contact me so I can get my exact information over to you now.
I will also send you an email about this too.

I would like to first thank you for applying for a lawsuit advance for your personal injury claim with LawLeaf. If you applied at 11:00 P.M. chances are you didn’t receive a phone call because our representatives aren’t allowed to make calls past a certain hour at night. Please email us at info(@)lawleaf.com tonight with your contact information including an email. Upon receiving your application we typically assign a representative to handle your request. We can provide you with the contact information including a direct line so you can touch base at your convenience (since you will be at work). If you have any other questions, please feel free to include them in the email. I can promise we will be in touch with you first thing in the morning.
Thank you for your reply but I will be at work and afraid I won’t have the time nor privacy to talk to your representative until I get out of work. I work until 5:00 EST and don’t want to run into a problem not being able to touch base. Would it be easier if I email your company the details? I provided some lower level details about the personal injury in the application but there is a lot more going on with my case. I want to make sure I have the best chance of getting the advance. Please let me know what I should do.
If you would feel more comfortable please email us the best time to reach you tomorrow evening. We will have a representative contact you at that time. It probably would be easier for you to have a conversation with the representative rather then relying on an email exchange. I’m also sure that the representative will be in contact with your attorney regarding the personal injury and they will find out additional information about your case at that time.
OK, I will email you back at that email address and let you know when I will be in tomorrow night. I will be waiting for the call. Thank you very much for your time and I apologize for being a pest. This is very important to me because I really need the money bad.
I completely understand your situation and I’m glad I could help. Good luck with both the personal injury claim and the lawsuit advance!
