Lawsuit Advance Loans in Dallas
I am living in Dallas and I’m looking for a company that can help me get a lawsuit advance loan for my legal case. I was in a motor vehicle accident and I just hired an attorney about 2 months ago. My attorney has been working with me but I feel like he isn’t moving this process along quick enough. I feel like this process of getting money out of the insurance company is taking way to long. I was considering hiring another attorney but a friend of mine told me that this is typical when dealing with these types of lawsuits. I am really hurting financially and I really need some help. When I spoke to my attorney on Tuesday and expressed my frustrations and told him that I am considering settling the case, he suggested I think twice about accepting an offer worth less than what I should get out of the case. I know that if we wait than maybe we can get more money out of my lawsuit but I’m just not sure if its worth it to me considering my financial situation. He told me that I could contact a company that would be willing to advance me money against my case and it may make sense considering the amount of money the insurance company is offering. I have no idea where to start so I’m asking if this is something that LawLeaf could explain to me? Is there some sort of breakdown on how you can evaluate a lawsuit advance compared to just settling a case sooner than later. Would it make more sense to get an advance or settlement my case early?

I think this is something you should speak to your attorney about. If you are talking about a few hundred or maybe a thousand or so than perhaps settling your case may make more sense. If you are talking thousands upon thousands of dollars perhaps a lawsuit advance. I would a more in depth conversation with your attorney and if you do decide to apply for a lawsuit advance please do consider our service.
