Lawsuit Cash Advance Case Won
I’m waiting for a compensation check from a case that I’ve won. My check is suppose to be paid to me in the next 90 days. I am looking for a lawsuit cash advance now because I don’t have the time to wait for the check. I am worried to get a cash advance at first because of the interest rates. I heard that the interest rates were very high but because I’ve already won my case I’m assuming that I could get a lawsuit cash advance for a better rate. Is this the case or will the rates still be as high?

In some cases a lawsuit cash advance has better rates than standard loans or even credit card rates. In your case yes the rates will probably be better if you secure a lawsuit cash advance if your case is already won.
